# Newb Advice

Ive been using Ammo and CTTM over a year now but I would like to get some advice/comments on mixing it up with [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/).

Is it okay to mix Instant Jerk with Turn Up The Heat and CTTM too? Thanks

How old are you?

IJ has about 15mcg’s of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), mostly Androstenone. TUTH has 2.5, but has a steering molecule in it to make it more sexual. If you really wanna try it out, go for it, but I think its a little too much and it depends what you want to get out of it.

so I understand that TUTH and IJ would seem too much, but would IJ be okay with AMMO? I ordered the togo size.

I haven’t tried it personally. But I haven’t gotten too much OD from AMMO, even though it has the same amount of Androstenone as TUTH except it has Alpha Nol and Androsterone to balance it out.

Listen I’ve tested some outrageous combos and some have worked but most didn’t. Worst case scenario, you annoy some people, get into a fight, or be aggressive. That’s typically how Androstenone works.
