Got my AMMO and 2 GIFTS: Choco and Turn Up Heat…
And i sprayed AMMO both hands (right under palm) then rubbed behind ears and 1X chest…
now at work!!! but didn’t see anything different/ strange so far.
I know i cant make conclusion by just using AMMo oneday… any suggestions Frns?
Best suggestion you’re ever gonna get:
Chill. Spray the Ammo once or twice, go to work, relax. Forget you’re wearing the stuff. Just observe people, don’t try to work the Ammo. Just take your time and see what happens, and try to notice if people respond to you any differently than before.
Tomorrow try one spray more than today. Do the same thing.
Keep doing that until you notice you’re getting hits. That will be your sweet spot.
Try not to get excited and spray the whole bottle to see if that makes you ultra-sexy. It will not. It will make your pheromone signature so loud and obnoxious that people will avoid you and ignore you. This is called ‘ghosting’.
Remember, if you’re spraying the “Cool, sexy dude” spray and you act like a nervous up-tight idiot looking for hits, you’re going to confuse people. Act like what you’re spraying.

lol got mine today and did 2x ammo on neck and 1xtuth on hair ( read that somewhere else on forum ) and i have noticed a big difference.
The girl im after actualy spoke to me and got a lot closer than normal.
We had a good joke and laugh for a while and she wants to see me again tommorow.
just now ill stick to what worked today and see where it leads

About putting Turn up the Heat on your hair… be careful with that. A lot of guys get -none buildup when they apply -none to their hair. It is very sticky and can cause an OD situation just from the buildup after a few days. Better to apply to the skin so it can be washed off more easily.

You can use TUTH anytime, it is dependent on the situation rather than the time of day.
Some of the best results from TUTH happen very early in the morning, but that’s just my opinion. 
Don’t spray TUTH on hair. The -none is sticky and will build up if you continue to do this, and will then possibly cause ghosting/negative effects since it’s hard to wash off of hair from what they say.
Try spraying the AMMO on the front of your neck instead, more surface area for me personally diffuses a lot better than your wrists for example.
I decided to go for to go size Instant shine (x2) concentration and Instant Openness(2X) .
I am becoming curious and moving towards the experimental side… Real life I am a researcher…that may be the reason

hey yuwan.. what you will definetly notice the first time is the affect of the pheromones on yourself..on my first time use ,and this is just MY experience, i noticed a slight tingling inside my nose. i also noticed my attitude to be upbeat more than normal. i noticed with higher doses, i seemed a little more aggressive.. just keep that in mind when wearing them and yes just be yourself! try not to think about wearing anything if you can it takes time to get used to how you will feel.

any long time users of pheromones have any advice about removing pheros after using it at the end of the day? i heard rubbing alchohol with cotton is good. what is the best way if your not going to shower that day? sometimes i get home real late and cant get to the shower..what is best to do on days like that?any tips?

I have heard that hydrogen peroxide is good for removing -none from the skin.
Oxy-clean to remove it from clothing.
Please take a shower.
