# Newbie, and loving it

Hi, Leo.

Welcome on board.

I´ve been using mones for about 9 weeks, and I am having lots of fun with them.

For me, the most effective products have been [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), Instant SHine and AMMO. You can get them in the small size (to go) and give them a try for almost nothing. I have not tried NPA. Some users here seem to like it, but I think it´s a heavy androstenone product, and you are 19, chances are your body is producing enough -none naturally, so the risks of overdose are hig, i guess.  
Anyway, there are a lot of advanced users around that will be able to help you with that better tan me.
