# Newbie buying my first bottle: good-looking, in shape but shy, need an ice breaker

I would start with the instant line of products. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Shine would be my recommendations. Also Ammo would be a good choice, but remember to test each product out by themselves to find your sweet spots.
