Hey guys. I am 23, male from Michigan. Ive read a couple articles and forum posts about how phermones make a difference in attraction. However, I am still a little skeptical about the whole phermones idea, but I will try it out and keep an open mind. Currently, I just finished undergrad and I am going to start grad school this fall. My last gf really hurt me and I have just recently gotten over her. I am usually a really shy person. Right now, I feel as if I am lost in the whole “dating” scene again. I am building my confidence again by working out and doing other things. Hopefully phermones will help. My first question is, I am on a budget, what are the “best value” [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) that you guys would recommend me try. Thanks! ---

First of all, if you’e on a budget, try the less expensive smal to-go bottles to sample things and find what you like. Some good products for encouraging conversations are IH and IO. They will really ge people talking if you give them a conversational opening. If you want something wih a little more sexy vibration you could also try ammo. ---

Well… I was thinking more a long the terms of socializing with girls. Obivously I understand that it’s not going to do everything for me, I just need something to get the ball rolling and I think I can take over from there. Ive read that asians are more sensitive to small amounts phermones. Would you recommend that I start out with ammo? What else would you recommend Thanks guys. ---

AMMO is for attraction. It can attract girls. IO will open up girls and make them want to talk to you. It makes you more approachable. IH will make the conversation more meaningful and more quality. They will feel closer to you. ---

To-go’s of the 3 products that have been recommended should get you off to a good start. Try each of them individually at first, starting off at low doses (1 spray) and working upwards on subsequent usages. There are 40 sprays in each to-go bottle, so the 3 bottles should give you quite a bit to experiment with. By the time they’re gone you’ll have a good uderstanding of what they do. The recommendations for figuring these products out are independent of race. ---

Hello, welcome to the forums. May i ask if you are looking to date asians or other races? I’m Chinese in a south east asian country and i find that [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Turn up the heat doesn’t register as much hits for me; compared to other forumners on people from other races. ---

They’re better tested and we know the range of effects. That is a much better place for a beginner to start. Also, you will pay a hefty premium for any of the mx or putative experimental series, until you have been reporting results on the forum for a while. ---

Ok, I just bought a couple of the To-Go just to see if it works. I bought Ammo, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Turn Up The Heat. Hopefully everything will work. ---
