Hey Ryan, welcome to the forum. Youโ€™re gonna love it here, cause we have an awesome group of people, all ready and willing to help you along in learning all about pheromones. While I am not a girl, I think I can safely say that to help overcome your shyness, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) would be a great product to start with. I am also thinking that Instant Sexiness (A) (which is the default version when ordering), could also help to make you feel a little more assertive. And lastly, I am thinking either MX134 or MX135 to help instill a bit more confidence in yourself and gain respect from others. Again, I am not a girl though, so donโ€™t take my advice as gospel, but Iโ€™m sure Tisha and a couple of the other ladies will be around soon enough to offer their help and advice too.
