# Newbie; help please! Can girls use certain male pheromones?

Save this nube from total confusion! So I noticed that the site doesn’t have as many products for women as for guys. But I’ve been noticing posts stating how some women have tried TUTH, which as far as I know is under the “men’s” section. And [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is for men too, but a lot of girls seems to be using it anyway. Could I buy IO in mens and not in women’s? What are the usage recommendations for these gender specifications? Do they matter at all? Help and thank you in advance!

We all make the same [pheromones](https://a314.com/) except for copulins which are only made by women. However we make them in different ratios then the men do. Women can use some male mixes in small quantities buffered by lots of softer putatives or female mones.

I wouldn’t suggest just wearing the men’s mixes without doing that buffering though.
