Hi Everyone! I’m interested in using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to increase confidence and ease in creating close friendships with other females. I’m a 27/F and I’ve always found it difficult to connect and be comfortable around other women, which is strange considering I grew up in a house with 4 sisters. Other ladies, who I’ve gotten to know, have said that they feel intimidated by me, especially at first. And generally I have a hard time letting go and feeling at ease around other women even though I really want to! I’ve been looking into trying #IO and #IH and I was wondering if anyone else had recommendations based on their own experiences? Thanks! ---

Hi Maggie, Welcome to the forum. You have landed at the right place in your search. Thanks for telling us a little about you, it sure helps in giving best recommendations. From your post looks like you already have an alpha signature if females are intimidated initially when exposed to you. You are correct on thinking of IO & IH as your first steps. You can also try CTTM as this one helps in easy communication. As you have said hello to us you will get GC which will help you in trying mones to start with and test for yourself. You may want to look into female wardrobe which has everything what you need to do your first tests and help you k ow how mones will work for you. You will get ISa and ISb as well which will help you discover which vibe you feel most comfortable with. You may even create your own vibe based on your desire. Like more alpha sexy or kittenish sexy. Try both n create your own signature. When you get hold you may advance to Mx and Psections You will get IS in female wrdobe which puts you in centre of attention in social situtions. This will also help people ease with you as they would see you as someone special and would like to connect with you Once you try each separately go with mixing IS & IH IO will give you exact vibe what you looking for. When you want more attention you may try mixing ISb to the mix. Test each one separately, & post Keep testing and happy moning. ---

Hi Maggie, Jus came to mind the TAA in experimone section is a good choice for what you want. It gives happy uplifting and positive vibe. So people are more attracted to you. Male and female both. Tac gives ease and comfort vibe But as these belongs in experimone section . You may get them in your order but first test your instant line and them advance to experimone and Putatives There are many putative which will help your goal like P97, P95. Welcome Maggie! I would take a look at the **Female Wardrobe** as it will have everything that you need to get started including the socials. If your main focus is to bond and connect with other women try the socials first and I am a big fan of the IShine and would start with this one. What it will do is boost your confidence to start with and put you and everyone one around you in a good mood and will set the stage for the other ones to work to! **IO** Will open others up to you and is an ice breaker and will easily get things going in the conversation department. People can get rather chatty with this. **IH** Will promote bonding and deeper conversations and will help also get others in trusting you. The female wardrobe will include IS/A and IS/B which is for attraction and would start with IS/B around other women. The kit also has the IShine, IO, and IH as well. What I would do is consider adding some other products because if you spend $100 of your own money after the GC is applied you also get the weekly freebie as well which will be a single molecule to test which is worth another $30 and if you are in the states you will also get free shipping. So for this I suggest MX274 and I have actually tested this myself and works very well for both men and women. CTTM2 would be worth looking at to. As far as single molecule they are usually for more advanced users, but really it is up to you to decide what is really best and I would research [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) if I had to narrow it down to 1 to lick for you as it will promote bonding and is a great fit with all the socials in the wardrobe. The thing is really just to have fun with it as it is a hobby and what I have liked is you can have fun with it weather at work or anywhere.
