well im new to all this and reading up on it- im kinda shy once i get to know someone then i cant shut up LOL im the type of person that would really do anything for someone until they make me mad but thats hard to do it seems all the idiots win and i dont understand it ! iโ€™m hoping pheros can help?? ---

most people use instant shine or openness to help break the ice ๐Ÿ™‚ however, if you are looking to improve your dating, then you should also look into some sexual mixes like ammo, instant gentleman, instant jerk etc etc ---

In that case, you should definitely start with Ammo. It will make you feel more confident, and also make you sexier. To get a nice positive aura that poeple want to be around, Instant Shine works very well. Plus it can be used alone, or together with Ammo. yeah i think ammo and instant openness or shine also. you can try them for awhile then see if you can mix it. ---

Ammo is already a mix of several pheromones that has proven quite successful for many people. You donโ€™t really need to start mixing it with other stuff right off the bat. Itโ€™s better to wear it by itself for a while and get a good feeling for what it does. ---
