Hi Clara and welcome! I’m a guy so I don’t have a 100% grip on the pheromones for women but I’ll try to at least steer you in the right direction. First of all a good question to ask yourself is what you want from using pheromones. Pheromones can do more than to just attract the opposite sex, even though that’s what most people are after. Since you’re a beginner I would recommend sticking to the Instant line first until you’ve got a hang of it and want to be more experimental. I’m not sure on this one but maybe Instant Sexiness or Instant Shine could be a good start. Instant Sexiness comes in two different versions, A and B.
