Thanks for the reply. I am looking to attract women in the mid 20’s age range - maybe 23 - 27. I have much success in talking to the women I like and getting to know them, but they always become friends rather than anything more. When I’m warmed up to people I can be quite fun - always telling jokes and teasing people - but I think this may come across as a little silly or childish, so I was thinking I needed something to make me more alpha and not just the fun nice guy. However, there is also a flip side to my personality. I am also a pretty shy person naturally. As I said, I have to get warmed up to people for my fun side to come out. When I first arrive at bars or parties I can get a little social anxiety and be in my own little bubble for a while. So, I go from shy and insular to over-friendly and fun. I believe I’m completely missing the sweet spot where I can attract the women, but this is just my own theory. Any suggestions appreciated. It’s good to know that you have nice basic social skills to start with. I can totally relate to you regarding acting retrovert in a group / party. I used to be like that, before. I don’t get that when one-on-one or with two persons. Quick question - do you think the effects of each different kind will be noticeable enough to give me an idea of what each does? I’ve always been under the impression that the effects were quite subtle. Would you suggest trying each one for a week and then switching to the next? Thanks ---

For a few days might do the trick. Start at one spray. Then move up to two if you feel you need that. You’re right, effects are subtle at first while you get used to it, but they’re real. It’s important to understand each product before using them in combos. It makes the fine tuning of combos much easier. ---

Hi Tiago, Welcome to the site. I will just add to what Conjurator has suggested. I usually suggest getting the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get everything you need to get started and at a discount. It really is about experimenting to see what works best for your goal and with this kit you can do this much cheaper. You may just want a few to try so I will make my suggestions based on what you listed. First you will need is something for attraction because without this it will go no where. **[Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)** This is your best bet and standalone. For attraction and best suited for 18-30 age range. If anything else I would get this one. Very balanced and nice cologne scent. now you have a proper attraction pheromone you will want something more social and for communication **IO** This is an icebreaker and will open people up to you. Let’s face it the approach with women sometimes is the hardest part and once things are going it goes smooth. I find this the hardest part so this is what this phero is best for. **IH** This is for that trust you mentioned. Good for deep conversations and bonding to.
