Hello Everybody, My name is Dion Clark I am a Male, I’m 19 and I live in Auburn Washington. I was reffered to this site by a friend. I have never used [pheromones](https://a314.com/) before, but I have seen the effects that my friend gets from them. Welcome. Read over the stickies at the top of the men’s forum for ideas. Given your age, you may want to start with the social products like io, ih, ishine. products containing none like tuth are a lot trickier and can “backfire” on you. The stickies will explain a lot of this. Start with the “bootcamp” one. ---

Welcome to the forum Dion! Avoid high androstenone products such as Turn Up The Heat. You probably produce plenty of androstenone at your age. There are many other [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) that do not have high concentrations of None. You will want to purchase as many as you can afford. It is like trying not to wear the same pair of jeans every day. You will want to be able to change up your mix a little. DrZorters ---

Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 I suggest starting out with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Its a sexy alpha mix that will help attract women. Add to that 1 mood enhancer like ishine or Ifm. I suggest shine because it puts others in a great mood when exposed to it and they will associate that mood to you. 1 social product such as IO or IH. Hello Everybody!!! I just remembered that my friend actually let me use a [pheromone cologne](https://a314.com/shop/) a while back. I asked him which one it was and it was Pherlure. I did not notice any girl attraction from it and I sprayed it on my neck and shirt. He told me not to use too much because it can overdose. but I saw no attaction. I think it is fake. ---

Tell us a little more about what you want to achieve and where you think you need help and we can much better steer you toward products that will give you the boost you’re looking for. NacysBoy hit it with the CTTM 2, and to get them more interested in progressing toward a relationship, I would probably suggest Ammunition. You might also mix with Instant Shine to generate a feeling of well being in both yourself, and those around you. [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) is also a good choice for helping girls to relax, and if you sense that girls are somewhat guarded around you, that could help loosen them up a little. But, as has been said in the forum many times, realize that pheromones are just tools to give somewhat of an edge. If you dont have your game down, or if you are doing all the wrong things, then nothing is going to help, until you help yourself. A great source for dating advice is David DeAngelo. I would recommend subscribing to his free newsletter. He has some great books, CD’s and DVD’s too. Double you Dating and the series on improving your inner game may be just what you need. You can do this by saying something to them, thus making it clear that interaction with them is not unwelcome. ---

Well CTTM is currently out of stock so it might be a few days before we can formulate enough to catch up. To bad it’s a great product.
