What’s up everybody? I’m new to the forum. I’m looking to buy a product to use this weekend and I need some help! I have a question as well but I’ll get to that in a bit. Hopefully you guys can help me out today so that I can overnight my order to get here on Friday. Here’s the facts: - I want something that’ll attract women (duh) - I’m 6’6 and often perceived as hard to approach - I don’t want to attract women for sex, but I want there to be that attraction still (if that makes sense) - Something that can be used in a social situation (club, bar), or one-on-one - I need something that’ll work on someone I already know…ie, make someone realize ‘hey, I DO like him actually’/see me in a new light/reconsider how they feel about me, etc. I’m going to a party where there’s going to be a girl I’ve known and wanted for a long time. - Above all, I want to just buy 1 product. I saw that I can have two products mixed together on the site so, I’m wondering of Ammo mixed with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is what I should get? Question time…I saw some posts regarding side effects to using these? Could someone explain plainly what possible side effects there are? I saw anger and crash-and-burn mentioned a lot. Hey Rusty - welcome! One product, huh? It sounds like AMMO might be a good first choice for you. It is a mix of 3 [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) that provide friendly AND sexual attraction, and it has a built in cologne so you don’t have to cover it up. I think the anger & crash & burn stuff you read may be referring to females using -none products. Some of us can get bitchy & mean from too high a dose. Keep that in mind, too, when using any of the -none products. 🙂 And, yes, sometimes less is more. Start out with one or two sprays of Ammo and up the number if you want to during later outtings. Thanks for the help!! Should I have [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) mixed with it on the website? Also, another side effect I saw mentioned a lot was depression…that anything I should worry about here? ---

I wouldn’t mix products before you know how they work for you. Instant Shine may be something to add to your arsenal later, though. 😉 Where did you read about the depression? The only product I’ve read about that tends to give men depressive symptoms is [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). That’s why the guys say to apply it to the back of the neck, so it doesn’t waft directly into your own face & nose. ---

Hi rusty, It’s probably not a good idea to think you’ll get good results from pheromones your first time out. If you seem intimidating already, go with shine, or shine +openness. I’d save the ammo till you find a sweet spot w/ those ^^, then maybe move onto ammo ---

Well, I ordered my [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) before I read the most recent two replies and now I’m starting to worry. What’s the worst case scenario here guys? I’m not intimidating per se, as I have a very friendly face…people are always friendly and say “wow, you’re so tall!” So I don’t think people are scared of me necessarily. Also, will I have to be home to sign for the DHL package, and what does the “FROM” shipping label say? I hope it’s fairly discreet. Thanks everyone for the help! ---

Hello rusty, No you cant buy two product mixed. You would buy the two products and then layer them. I see you bought ammo, it will be fine, just remember to smile and look approuchable when you wear it. The return on the package says “dirty sex mones” 😮 LOL I am just teasing really LOL 😃 Sorry I couldnt help myself. It says “aprdirect beverly hill” Nothing about mones or whats in the package. Alright, I got my Ammo in! I also received a small vile of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), so whoever is responsible for that hookup, THANK YOU! The scent on the Ammo is AWESOME. I have a couple of new questions for you guys. SORRY for all the noob questions. You guys have been just awesome in helping me out. - Should I FEEL anything when I smell these myself? I smelled the Ammo for a while as well as the Instant Shine and now I feel a little unmotivated and tired. - I have anxiety. Will wearing and inhaling these have any negative effects on that? I mean, wearing these is “healthy” right? - Now that I do have some Instant Shine, should I go ahead and top off my couple of sprays of Ammo with some of that? I know TiggerBear advised against mixing on a first time out but just checking. - I’ve read that the Ammo pheros last for 6-8 hours but are also quite sticky. If I try this stuff out tonight, will it still be ok to use tomorrow too without smelling bad? I’m still working on my education on pheros and re-reading the articles here to learn as much as possible. I apologize again for the noob questions. Thanks guys!! RS ---

-I don’t know if YOU should feel anything when wearing Ammu. However, I know that I felt something and that you should be picky about where to apply it. -Wearing the Shine should boost your confidence, I do not know exactly how it will interact with your anxiety. -And again, since this is your fist time, do not begin layering different sprays. I am still fairly new to this, and I put on 1 spray at a time, so I advise, as many told me to do, to hold your horses and do one product at a time… ---

These are not made for you to sit around and inhale from the bottle. They should of course not be ingested. keep away from sensitive areas like eyes. Just use comman sense and you will be fine. Treat them how you would treat any other perfume or cologne you have. Anxiety is caused by the way we think.
