# Newbie needs help ! PLS

hey guys i need ur help deciding since im new to the whole [Pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) experience 😃  
What do u guys recommend to attract my husband Sexually ?im trying to spice things up for our anniversary and i discovered this thread and im so excited to try this  
what do u guys recommend ?  
and Does the TUTH works for both men and women??

Yes and no. Both men and women can use them but its works a little differently.

On men it projects a vibe of male vitality and sexual aggressiveness.

On a female **to much** can come off as butch or bitchy

Women tend to use a very low dose coupled with other female mones to make men more aggressive and to self arouse. Usually with something like copulins which are not sold here. Most ladies get those over and Love Scent under the name Essence of women so do some research on those.

Usually what I use would look something like this…

Bnol (IH) copulins, P83 and then I open the TUTH bottle and maybe dab a little on but I dont spray it. When I do spray it I will spray a tissue and wipe a little on. Some ladies can use 1 to 2 sprays but I find it makes me very moody and irritates my husband. I suspect on a subconscious level he knows its a scent of a man and its not his scent much like when men wear copulins. Except for copulins we all make the same [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) its the ratio of mones thats different between men and women.
