My name is Denny I am almost 42 and live in Mt. Pleasant just off the beach. I only things I know about pheros, is they attract the opposite sex (and yes same sex too) and our body naturally produces them but the showers and fragrances we use covers them.

I have never purchased Pheros and its a big mystery to me. Seems like there are so many products out there and they are just names to me. Ive been reading some forums talking about using my sperm behind my ears (or urine 😮) I don’t even know if she was kidding. I am also starting to work out harder to increase my testosterone.

Hi there Denny,

Thats cool that you live near the beach.You must go there to hang out pretty often(^_^) Haha,yeah.They do help to attract the opposite sex but its more that they give them a first impression of what you will be like. Something like how body language can tell you how a person is before you talk to them(\>_\<) Yup,showers definitely reduce our natural pheromones a lot but we would stink if we didnt shower which would lower your chances anyway(:-p)

Yup,there are a fair amount of products available.We can help ya choose one that will fit you if you let us know what you plan to use them for and how your personality is.Haha,you could in theory use sperm or urine since they contain pheromones but you would have to cover them with a lot of fragrance since it would kind of stink.Its a lot easier to just get a [pheromone spray](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) and spray it on.Thats cool that your working out.Looking good alone will boost your chances(^_^)At a guess,ammo will probably be a good one for you.Helps make you appear more attractive to girls and is a good standalone.You might need to go double strength though since your older.Depends how much testosterone your already producing though.All the best and dont hesitate to ask if you want to know anything.(^_^)

Hello Denny and welcome to the forum.

Well it looks like you know the basics. If you want to go into the science of it there are some really interesting articles in the abstracts section. If not the thing to remember is that these products are not like an Axe commercial - women are not going to start chasing you down the street. What they willdo is give you an edge but the real work will really be up to you.

I guess the next question is what do you want to do with the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)? Something for work, attract women, better social interactions? The products here cover a variety of areas but to help you with recommendations we need to know what you want to do.

Well, its kind of amazing I am actually dating a 27 y/o lady from Russia (I know its sounds cliche but I’m being serious here). As beautiful as she is, Im not sure that I am looking to commit with her just yet. She is very ready when I mention going on dates but otherwise I don’t hear from her very often.

I am extremely social and know a lot of ladies. I am very good friends with most of them. I am just trying to get past a little of the “Nice Guy, Good Friend” level.

Heck, I’d be good if they became attractive enough to want to introduce me to their girlfriends.
