Just a drop on the fingertip, then apply. Dab both fingertips together if you are splitting a drop over two app points. Hold the bottle just off vertical when you drop. We can’t tell you how much to apply as you need to do the work to find the dose that suits your body chemistry/social/professional situations. Read this thread well - All the basics of phero use and finding your dose are well covered. It is advised you take a bit longer over the sweet spot timings with A314 oil. IS does go very well with A314 socially, however A314 convers status and attractive qualities - Which is not attraction per se.
