# Newbie question on Ammo

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me what the practical difference between Ammo and TUTH is?

And also, are phero’s like Instant Shine and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) able to attract women, or are they just ‘social’?

Have a read of Toil’s Thread “Basic Noob Phero bootcamp” up in the stickies section, that alone answered 90% of my questions regarding what each product is designed to do. TUTH is best for someone who you are in a relationship with and looking to move the bedroom scenario on a bit (lot!) [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is more subtle, still sexual but not so aggressive and less likely to scare the girls away.

As for the socials, I could have got laid last night wearing nothing but IFM so, yes, they do have a sexual element but are more useful for establishing a rapport with your intended ‘conquest’.

For those of you more knowledgeable than me ( most of ya!) feel free to edit or slap me if appropriate.

Ammo - balanced everyday cologne.

TUTH - “honey, I am horny, lets go to the bedroom” cologne.

The [Social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) (i.e. IO, IH, CTTM, Instant shine) are ones that can be used almost anywhere, they are not targeted to a specific gender, and work pretty much universally. They can be used in picking up and starting a relationship, as people build relationships through communication.  
All pheromones will give you an edge when the enviroment is correct, but can create distance when the environment is not, TUTH can work well when clubbing but you can’t always get it to work, and it will create more distance between you and your targets, also it can have negative effects on Males at times.
