First of all thanks for the great forum! I found it by accident and boy am I glad I did. A little about myself…I work in a male heavy environment…heavy construction. I would like to find something that puts men at ease without any weird vibes if you know what I mean. What would everyone suggest? Instructions would also be great. Thanks for reading! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. You have two great recommendations and it all depends on what you need to do. If you are in charge of the guys or in a leadership position, then go with MX300. If you are just trying to be one of the guys, then IShine would be perfect. Especially if you have some grumpy types who think maybe women don’t fit in well. Hello Jsjmac2, Welcome! I work in a mining environment around heavy equipment and can very much relate as there are a very few women in this industry. I totally agree with the MX300 as this is like A314 for guys, but this is for women. I find most of the women are viewed as a piece of meat a lot around the construction/mining industry. The MX300 will help with that and you should get more respect from the guys. I would take a look at the **Female Wardrobe** and add the MX300 to that and you should have everything you need to get started. I would test the MX300 first and see what you think. Then like was mentioned I would try with the IShine. I would save the IS/A and IS/B for outside of work for dating and attraction. The IShine, IO, and IH are pretty much socials and you can use at work, dating, or anywhere. I hope this helps.
