Hi everyone I am new to the [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) world. I live in Hong Kong and I have recently purchase IO IS IFM and A314 and I have a few questions. I am a 5’6” Italian/Spanish mix fairly good looking married guy. I am really happy with my wife of 12 years but I would like more social interactions at work by both my male and female colleges. Can anyone please advise me on the amount of each product to use and which products work best and in what combinations?(also where to apply the products) I am a skeptic but I am willing to try new things. IO and IS will both help with what you would like to do. I would start with 2 sprays of each to the front of your neck, back of your neck and even your hair (lots of naturally occuring mones are dispersed through your hair, lots of area to increase dispersion rates), then after trying this for a few days if nothing happens I would increase the dosage by one spray each. You should definitely see something by 4 I would think. The IFM will help with women, same dosage rules apply I would say, however men may give you space and become depressed around you. The IFM contains A1 that usually makes men a little depressed, but AR has counteracted this with some other mones so the usual depressive effect is greatly decreased if not erased all together, but still for some people it is there so be warned. All of them would be great around your wife I would think, while just IS and IO would work for everyone else to get more interactions going for you. Hope this helps. ---

As a male, YOU often need to say something first, to get them going, but once you hit their talk button, it should pick up VERY easily from there. Think of pheromones like grease – doesn’t do much on it’s own per se, but when you give it a little push, it really _glides_. Some more tips: –\> Apply 2 or 3 sprays of IFM to the back of your neck, so it affects others, but not you. This will increase social interactions with other females, but not men. In fact, I’d recommend you don’t wear it in a predominantly male environment at all Try around 5 sprays with your wife for a more sexual or romantic effect. –\> Apply 3 sprays of Instant Shine to your neck. It’ll make YOU and those around feel great, and reduce personal space with other people in your area. (The only people I’ve seen Shine not affect in some obvious way are heavy smokers, or those with low neurotransmitter levels from being on low protein/low vitamin diets) You’ll even see some “accidental” touching and bumping into each other, that you can do something with. Sometimes you’ll a “crowding” effect. It’s the product we have that’s probably the most magnet like. While it’s magnet like, it’s not overly sexual per se, but you can still easily work with it. You can convert physical closeness and violation of your personal space to something more sexual, if you want. –\> A314 is a “higher value” product – raises your status. It gives you access to “out of reach” people, because it gives you the aura of someone who is out of reach yourself. A314 will tend to reduce the quantity of your interactions, but increase your success. People tend to be far more willing and happy to comply with you requests with A314. When you want people to do what you want them to, use A314. When you want people to think highly of you, use A314. When you want a raise at work, use A314. When you want to show a woman what a great provider are, use A314. When you’re dealing with difficult people, use A314 When you want a raise at work, definitely use A314 When you’re trying to sell something, use A314 It’s a very useful product, you just have to understand what it does and doesn’t do. High status is VERY useful, but status _never_ makes people more approachable, except among other high status people. Out of what you have, I’d say 2 drops A314, 2 to 3 sprays Shine to your chest, and 2 or 3 sprays of Instant Openness to your hair and wrists would be excellent for you at work. It’s pretty easy to modify the effect from there. Over time, you’ll find your social awareness increasing when using pheromones. Most people never stop to think about body language, or status shifts, but with most pheromone users become masters at this (compared to non-users) after a little while. You’ll start to understand the difference between when not wearing and wearing. With A314, especially, the trust & respect effect is especially organic… People won’t necessarily “feel weird” around you, like they will with some [pheromone formulas](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). The only really weird thing is that people are treating you like you’re important, well monied, well dressed, well respected… someone that deserves to be listened to and cooperated with. Once you “understand” A314, you’ll probably love it. It takes about a month to start to really understand A314, while it’s much faster to understand the more straightforward effects of the other produts. Hope that helps! ---

Oh I forgot to mention. Do not think mones are a magic spell that you cast to control peoples emotions, thoughts and actions. Think of them as influential as a good suit, people will treat you differently and may change their behavior around you because of how nice you look, but they’re not going to give you all of their money and rip off your clothes to have sex with you because you look so good. You can use this influence to your advantage however. ---

Even when we really want to do something badly, we don’t always do it, if we feel it’ll be inappropriate for the situation. While you can induce feelings, urgings, and social directions with [pheromones](https://a314.com/), other people around you almost always have the ability to override or supress those feelings with their conscious decisions. Think of pheromones more like suggestions… sometimes STRONG suggestions (depending on the formula and dosages)… but they’re not inescapable commands. There’s a still choice element with humans, that you don’t see with animals. (pigs, for instance, will assume the mating position almost immediately after being exposed to a pheromone called androstenone) Think of it like using loaded dice or trick cards that put things in your favor when gaming. Sure, it’s like cheating a little, but it’s not cheating to the point of using a gun and telling people to hand their money. 🙂 Pheromons influence. Pheromones persuade. Pheromones suggest. Pheromones oooh, and pheromones ahhh… but they do NOT force, like they do in animal kingdom. ---

😃 😃 Hi I though I would post an update on my first week of IFM, IO, A314 and IS, usage. WOW these products have given me great results!!! I will post some of the stories soon on a different thread. I have been reading a great deal on this forum and have a few more questions. What products contain large amounts of beta-nol ? And what products contain large amounts of alpha-nol, and SOE? I would also like to take part in the The Great Androstenone Experiment Parts 1 & 2 am I too much of a newbie for this? Sorry for all the questions. THE NEWLY CONVERTED D ---

nice response thr3shold…also Spaceland has a lot of Anol in it…it can be found in the experimental section. Spaceland is around 50mcg/spray and IO 1x strength is 15mcg/spray. Spaceland is pretty much pure Alpha-nol. While IO is primarily A-nol, but with some tweaks and a little b-nol added to reduce the crazy excessive chatty effect to more fluid conversation. ---

IO, IS, and IFM is a stellar combo which helps women approach you more often than you having to do all the work from what I’ve heard from users. Assuming you got 1x strength versions i’d do 3 sprays IO, 3 IS, and 3 IFM You may want to try some A314 later on. If you don’t have it I’d wait and try to get a hold of the [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/) version from the upcoming experiments about to take place. I know I am. ---

Scent of Eros, aka “S O E”, is a product by J V Kohl, a researcher who authored a book about pheromones by the same name. It is primarily a combination of -Androstenol and -Androsterone (no none). It comes in a roll-top type bottle. ---

I’m totally new to the world of pheromones, and asssuing they work (which took a lot of research) I was wondering what I can expect from using Instant Openness and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and how much to use for different effects.
