Hello, 23 years old male here. First time using pheros. Recently I purchased 1 bottle of turn up the heat, 1 bottle of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and 1 Bottle of Mystery Boy (all regular strenght). This week I’ll meet a friend that I have known for a while, I know he has some feelings for me but he is unsure / undecided. I’d like to be able to take it to the next level… or at least make me (and him…) feel more “confident”. Based on the 3 products I have bought, do you recommend any particular mix that could have this effect? Thanks ---

Hey Javarx. Nice to meet you! Liz here. If you post in the “Introduce Yourself” forum, you’d get a $15 GC which can be used towards your next purchase! Or maybe a moderator can just move this thread to avoid redundancy, I don’t know. Either way, welcome! I’m not particularly knowledgeable about specific mixes with those 3 products, but I can say that it depends very much on your own chemistry with the [pheromones](https://a314.com/), so before trying out mixes, you should definitely test out the pheromones individually to gauge their effects on you! I think the other men on the forum might be able to help you out here. Liz ---

Hello Welcome 🙂 First things first, be sure to visit the Intro section and post a intro simular to this so you can get a $15 dollar GC for you next purchase. Second. I would hold off definatly on the Turn Up The Heat till he feels more comfort. You should try using the products one at a time increasing the number of sprays till you see reactions so you know what dose is good for you. If you are going to jump right in and use more then one then [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and mystery boy go fine together. Start with one spray each and woek up.
