Hello everybody! I’m brand spanking new at this and although I wanted to research and learn about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) I think I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the info and different types available. Here’s my situation. My ex and I broke up almost 2 months ago. He’s really keeping his distance from me and always seems to be on edge when we speak now. We did have one intimate encounter (no sex but heavy play) about a month after we broke up so I know he’s still aroused by me. But here’s the deal: we’re supposed to meet after he gets back for a heart to heart. We haven’t really discussed things, we just got in a fight and broke up, so at the very least I need this but I think he does, too, although he’d never admit it! LOL. This talk is beyond invaluable to me and I want to do everything in my power to make it pleasant and productive. Intamacy would be a huge bonus. I know its not suggested to layer when getting started but I think I may need to this particular time. I will obviously only use one at a time after this talk to see the individual effects. Hi LuLu I think that a simple and light combination of lust after me & instant honesty would be good. The lust after me will add sexy copulins and alpha androstenol to boost the feel good & fun vibe, with instant honesty’s beta androstenol to make you both feel connected and comfortable with each other. I wouldn’t wear a larger combination or heavy amount of pheromones to change your natural signature too much for this one, it can be confusing to a man who is very familiar with you. Save the confusing and getting him used to more pheromones after your back together. 😃 ---

So is that the consensus? Are these the only two that suit my situation? I haven’t gotten any other advice and I’m nervous about using LAF on my first round of [pheromone](https://a314.com/) use. There seems to be a considerable ammount of posts concerning the smell. Well, thanks anyway. I do appreciate the input I got. 🙂 ---

Aww, don’t worry sweetie, you’ll be fine. As for the lust after me, if you’re worried about the smell, I would get it scented in chocolatini. Don’t know if you like chocolatini though, so, make sure you buy a to-go bottle of mx135 and see if you like the scent. It smells like dark gourmand chocolate with a coffee-ish undertone imo. I used to hate it, but now I have grown to it. When I use eow with chocolatini I hardly smell the cops. And believe me, cops stink lol! However, if you’re planning to cover the “chocolatini” smell, it will be challenging. But I find that it blends so well with pink sugar. You can still get lam in neroli though, it’s easier to cover, but it’ll take some time and tweeking with the type of parfume you have. Hope it helps! ---

The attraction is already there. I would use alot of IH and perhaps some Ishine and maybe just a drop or two of LAM this way you have the sexy without having to struggle so hard with the stink. Another option is get ISex with 5 X the cops and use it with IH and p74 Tisha
