Hi everyone! So I received my first shipment last week. I’m still familiarizing myself with the products and this message board. In my order came [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Instant sexiness B, instant honesty, and Come talk to me. Any advice on how to start out? should I use one at a time? All at a time? Depend on mood? How many sprays, etc. Thanks for any advice. 😃 ---

Hello and welcome. The best solution is to try each one separately for several days until you get a feel for it and see where your sweet spot is - that is a what dose (how many sprays) to see the effects or get the effects you are looking for. Instant Shine is a great product and is a good one to start with. Often easy to see results. You could do one spray first thing in the morning, look for results, then refresh at lunch. Do that for a couple days then move to 2 sprays morning and lunch. If you look at the thread in my signature block about Stupid Newbie Tricks, Renny gives a good suggestion of how to go through this. I will tell you two things. Make that three. First, these products work on everyone, not just the people you wish they would work on. So do not be surprised if the creepy dude or the annoying co-worker you never want to talk to shows a lot of interest or wants to talk a lot when you are wearing Instant Sexiness B, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), or CTTM2. Be ready. Second, Instant Honesty and CTTM2 can have strong self-effects involving your mouth and vocal cords with the brain or self-control lagging slightly behind. Be aware and watch for that. Third, Instant Honesty and to a slightly lesser extent CTTM2 can generate a lot of “candid” conversations from other people. And sometimes you may hear things you were not expecting or did not really want to hear, but that the other person feels they absolutely must tell you because they now feel so close to you. ---

I got my first order last week too, and decided to try Instant Sexiness/A first. After reading through the forums to find other people’s experiences, I decided to start with three sprays, one to my chest/neck area, one to my wrists/forearms and one on my hair. It seemed to be a comfortable amount, so a few hours later I added one more spray. Also, I read that as we get a little older, we may need a little more, because our bodies emit less of our own [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). ---

How many sprays, etc. Thanks for any advice. > 😃 welcome sweetNY my advice is always consistant, start with 1 spray and maybe after 2 hours add another. starting out light not only helps you to guage how much is needed for hits, it also helps you to avoid wasting product and giving other people headaches! back when i started, all that was really necessary was 2 sprays of any particular mix, maybe a few of us ventured on 3 or 4, but never to the degree that its being used today. what happens when you use alot of this stuff is that you eventually acclimate to the effects, and then begin to think you need more. people meeting you for the first time are still having the effects you get the first time,while you cant smell it at all anymore 😉 im 38 and i still dont need more than 2 sprays of [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A or B to get me obvious in-your-face hits. i would start out with only 1 mix, use it one day and then try another the next. begin to note reactions if you get any, and eventually you will be a pro at any one particular mix you have. you will know _YOUR_ sweetspot, and will not waste nor aggravate those around you 😃 looking forward to your posts 🙂 ---
