Hello, I’m 24 years old, male student. I’m from Maryland. I am a bit curios as to how/if mones work. I also want an extra edge at school and at the bar scene. I’m a pretty laid back guy, I like sports, working out, going out, and the ladies of course. ---

Welcome to the forum. Most of the pheromones are synthetic versions of naturally occurring human pheromones. They are well-researched and known to work in nature and the synthetic ones are legit as well, though there are some fakes out there. I would recommend Ammo, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), and Instant Shine. Ammo is a well-balanced attractant that will help with the ladies but is also subtle enough to be worn in most situations. Instant Gentleman will raise your perceived status and help you be seen as the cool guy people want to be around. Hey there and welcome! A314 seems to be the one that I wear simply every day. ‘The edge’ is exactly what I think it gives me. I get more respect everywhere… at work, bar, home, everywhere. This is really my favorite mix and although it is expensive it works so well it’s worth it, and being oil based one bottle lasts a lot longer than the alcohol based mones. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great place to start for attraction, it’s a sexual mix and attractive, but also gives off a social vibe so you can wear it almost anywhere. Hi there Welcome I must concur with the other guys here, Ammo is a fantastic product for you to start with, It is acceptable to wear in all situations and has proved to be invaluble to me for attracting the ladies. May I suggest you start by buying it in a 5ml to-go version so you can test it out basically free of charge with your GC So even if you dont get on with it you’ve not lost anything. Now for School I would suggest getting some of the social products, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) will put you and people around you in a good mood and goes very well with Ammo. thanks for the replys. I was originally skeptical a couple of years ago, i bought Phelure, and couple of times i noticed more hair flicking from girls. One time i used it at the gym, after doing a couple of miles on the indoor track as i was walking about i literally saw 4-5 girls all walking in my direction all giving me the “i want to jump on you” look. I was literally scared for a bit, thought they were gonna jump me. But like an idiot, i left the bottles in my car during the summer, after reading some theads here, now i understand that the mones may have been destroyed. I’m 24, pretty good shape, muscular, so i think i naturally produce some strong ones (sometimes i seem to attrack girls out of my league), but at the same time I’m still pretty intimidating, so some girls are reluctant, plus i have some “game” but it’s not always on, and it usually depends on my confidence level/mood, which fluctuates from stud to dud in a split second. Right now i’m on a campus (graduate campus) and with the heavy course load, i spend a majority of my free time at the gym on weekdays and usually hit up a bar scene on the weekends. So do I get something different for “gym” game vs “bar” game? I was thinking I’ll start off with ammo, and tuth (alternating), but maybe i need something that makes me more approachable. I can tell a good deal of girls usually want to talk to me, but sometimes i don’t have the confidence/or lack of what to say, or more importantly,HOW to say it. and when do i get the 25 coupon, i’m looking to get started soon. ---

I assume the same advice would apply for the gym? does anyone know if mone levels rise with the level of exercise, that way i don’t accidentally get A314 and scare away everyone(i do that naturally). I may also be starting to understand why i always got into these fights in high school and college especially during athletic competitions. Plus there are always these beta guys trying to prove themselves to me ever since high school. Does anyone else get that affect with the stronger mones? or am i just blowing hot air? ---

Many people here use mones at the gym, IMO I dont really see the point, In my experience most women want to work out and be left alone, then there’s conversion which is basically certain [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) like A1 (not sold by AD) and Androstenol (main ingrediant in Instant Openness) can get converted to AndrostEnone by bacteria on the skin when you are very hot and sweaty, this could put you in an OD situation, but you should try it out and see how it works for you, not all mones convert. There are also many threads on the forum talking about using pheromones at the gym so try using the search function. If you are young and muscular, you will probably be producing alot of AndrostEnone naturally, So your theory may of had something to do with the fights, AndrostEnone can cause aggression in males, but without knowing the exact circumstances of the fights there is know real way you can say for sure. Welcome to Pherotalk Calvert28! You received some great advice and recommendations. You are lucky that you got to know about these in college. College is a great testing ground for pheromones and I think you are going to have a lot of fun. In addition, you are young and you work out so you are already producing a good amount of pheromones naturally. **Your gc was issued! 🙂**
