Hello Everyone! Joined day before yesterday but got so much busy just reading other reviews, experience etc that didn’t get time to say even “Hello”? Any way, Hello again!! Very excited and amazed? If i only knew what i know now? I am 37 and planning to try 1st Phero “[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)”..still have to order yet? Will see how it goes and will let you know guys!! Can someone please tell me how this $25 coupon works for newcomers?? Thanks again everyone! Very informative Forum!!! ---

To get you the GC and better advice, can you tell us a bit more about your situation, how you want to use pheros, the sort of people you want to influence and your range of opportunities to use them. However, at 37, I’ll suggest now that you might want to think on getting the 2x or “Heavy” version of Ammo as it suits our age better. ---

Thanks Mobo and RJS! I’m East Indian male and never tried [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) before. Or you can say never believed it. I look younger than my age but I guess age does play a role in which pheromone u use..I work for healthcare and always surrounded by female nurses. I’m lab technologist by the way. I found I easily get along and don’t hesitate starting conversation with strangers. So, breaking the ice is not a problem. I am thinking buying for more casual encounters or prowling as I can not use sprays at workplace unless it’s mild due to work environment. As per pheromone sales reps, I should try ammo with shine.. Still confused… As a regular spray I use Tommy Bahamas and Arber by The Body Shop.. This is it. I guess it’s hit and trial…but any reference point to start with would be nice. This forum is very nice and informative. Glad that I joined and hopefully will get me some positive results. By the way, I’m healthy and don’t drink or smoke.. Thanks again everyone! IME, in the medical/bio-medical sciences/professional sphere, A314 is superb - and you can steer it more for attraction in various ways. A314 oil is in a light scent that is quite suitable in low/no-scent environments as it settles no stronger than a light soap. Instant Products are in a fairly light [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) scent that is usable if you give it a bit longer to settle but Ammo has a quite potent scent that may not be acceptable at work. A314/IH/P74 plus a sexual (e.g. TUTH or Ammo) is a mix that has always done me very well around Indian women. Several Indian-specific threads in Mens if you search. ---
