Thursday, 8th June, back to work day - night shift #1 arf!! 11:52am now, not in till 10pm tonight. So, a couple of days ago, I got an email from an online betting website I signed up to last month for a free 5GBP bet, hmm. Always skeptical about emails like this as you never know if they’re genuine or some phising scam, yet, I used my own login link (Not the emails link), to find I had indeed been given a free 5GBP bet - nice! Now, I have no idea what/how this betting lark works, lol, Eurovision is my limit and then I forget about the gaming site for an entire year, usually! Well, not this time, I have that 5GBP bet right, would be daft not to use it, downside I have to use the whole amount in one go, hmm, but what on?? The guys in work are always playing football betting websites, so sod it, I look for a football team - yeah baby, there’s Malta G.C., my birth Country (Yes, I’m British, but was born in Malta - Forces parents, as you know.). Checked back yesterday, WOW!! My bet had won; and won big, hehehe - 250GBP was sat in my account, not bad for a free bet; and thank you Malta. 200GBP straight to my bank account and a few 5GBP bets with the rest, lol, damn things kept winning for me! Not much, doubled what I’d put on mostly, but I clocked Malta playing again, so on has gone another 5GBP, just can’t say “No!” and they are mad on their football, hehe. Anyhow, that aside, now I can make that purchase on my next payday, get ready for the new job, straight in with the ice breakers and socials, little bit of A314 and maybe some stealth’s! May was my bad month, June seems to be my good month, thus far, here’s hoping it continues! As for perusing ‘happiness’, I have a feeling that ‘RW’ and I will remain close friends, probably only communicate via our social media a/c once I’ve left my current store, unless I have the chance to go back to it for cover work and am lucky enough to be on a shift with her, certain will be bouncing around on any day that happens, mones or no mones, she always fills me with energy, puts a smile on my face in everything she does; even with her own craziness of singing songs and getting the lyrics so, so wrong, lol, yet she believes they are right!! ‘X’ she’s gone, never to be seen again in my mind. Sure, I’d of liked to have gotten the answers she asked ‘ST’, never will, he’ll never say, wished I’d been open, told her everything, including how I felt, but, that I guess would of been rejected towards me, kind of used to hearing it anyhow. Still, in my mind, in my heart, like ‘RW’, ‘X’ will also always be a best friend, for like ‘RW’, she is one but only a handful of people I have shared so much about me with, felt at ease with but unlike my other ‘best friends’ she was the one that I had pretty much everything in common with, ticked off every box of the longest list of things anyone would look in a person. It’s like one of those dating websites, you see someone you like, but the computer doesn’t see you as a match, lol, with ‘X’ it would of been screaming and making siren noises, but I did the fatal mistake, I listened to others, they got into my head and I backed away, when really, I should of continued to talk. Ah well, what is done is done, no turning that clock back, time to move on if I can. If I’m to stare forever at what is before me, then so be it! Been staring at everything else since I was 10, might be able to move and recall those images/video whenever I want, but if I’m to remain looking at these few images, then yeah, so be it. So, all that aside, time to focus, time to think of the journey ahead, who knows what that has install for me. Still tempted to get on a plane and fly to Ibiza in August, lol, but I think that might be best saved for next year. If I save what I have now, come next year I’ll be in a position to go do everything I wanted to do this year, had work actually granted me the leave I requested, instead of ignoring it; and telling me, “You’re a manager now, you have to just get on with it!” Yes, thank you BM, you’ve had 4 holidays already this year, I’m yet to have 1, yet I work my butt off for you every month, even stayed on after that idiot smashed up the store, still seeing that event before me, not nice, not nice at all, but had to do what I had to do, 6 people inside, my concern for them was to ensure nothing happened to them. As I’ve said in many of my posts, my friends and work colleagues will always come first! Anyhow, in here posting longer than I thought, time now 12:16pm. Time for some food and off to the Polling Station to vote in our next Prime Minister. Pretty much everyone votes for Labour here in Liverpool, I have absolutely no idea who I’m voting for, not this time around! Brexit was easy, In or Out, lol, this one, who knows?!! Voted for the Monster Raving Looney Party a few times, over the years, lol, their manifesto is always one to put a smile on your face, but it looks like all 3 top parties have pinched things from the MRLP’s manifesto’s for the last few years and added it to their current plans to reel the voters in, interesting! Ah well, I’ll pick someone when I go, see which candidate wants my vote on going into the Polling Station, as they’re always stood outside, might throw them a few things from the MRLP’s manifesto, see which ones give me an honest answer and go on from there, who knows, lol. Saying that, Labour are dangling the carrot to give people free education to University. If that happens (…and God knows where they’ll get the funding to allow that to happen), then I’m back for a year to do an MA. Matter of fact, there’s that many courses I still want to do, I might return to education full time and take a break from the World of work!! 😉 Right, 12:28pm, time is flying by and I’m a hungry dude in need of food. Got a few shots of PMM3 left and IJ, not too sure on the A314, think that’s on fumes, so will post tomorrow after my 4 hours sleep, unless anything happens in between! 😉 NH. ---

So, last night was fun! 😃 Finally got to do the paperwork side of things I’ve been denied doing since becoming a Floor Manager! Still have to use someone else’s login to get on to the computer, lol, I guess some things will never change! Quite pleased with myself actually. Got another 3 days of this training, head is recalling everything I did this morning, is in part recall for last night, the iffy calculator seems to be playing on loop more, lol, ah well, I replace that image later with the repeat steps. Got to do a few more of cashing-up tills though, get to do the paperwork for that, so it’s in my head. In other news, my night trainer/shift manager ‘SK’, yep him, thought it would be fun to bring up ‘X’. Told you they don’t ever want me to forget! Got a feeling ‘ST’ will be showing me his mobile of her images when we go to the new store. Here’s hoping he doesn’t as I believe ‘X’ and ‘RW’ are on holiday with others to the one destination I really want to go to myself - Ibiza. So, if anything like last year was like, he’ll be doing his usual of, “Have you seen this?!!” 🙄 Back to ‘SK’, lol, side tracked again. Dope came out with, “I bet you miss ‘X’ want to go out with her still!” 🙄 Yes I do, but never going to happen, but his face with what I responded with, lol, “Well wouldn’t mind taking both ‘X’ and ‘RW’ out together on a night out!” ‘SK’ replied with, “You can’t say that about ‘RW’, she’s my ex!” Responded with, “Yes I can, she’s my best friend; and I would happily take them both out as friends, would be a great night too!” ‘SK’ replied with, “Nah, it wouldn’t, she’s fake.” I replied with, “You might not see her like that, but to me, she’s not. She’s been a great friend to me over the past 5 years I’ve been here, is a blast on any night out; and even though you don’t like her much, for me, when I leave here, I will really miss her! Oh by the way, to change the subject…” I spotted he had one of my pens I gave out to staff, with my many different album covers on…“I see you have one of my ‘X’ pens! Got more of those coming in the next few days, maybe I should write a leaving tune for ‘RW’!” I actually got a smile/smirk out of this guy, not his usual look like he’s been slapped by a frozen tuna, lol! 😃 He was like, “What?? You’d take the two of them out? Really??” Was like, “Well, yeah! Why? What’s wrong with that? They’re both my friends, nothing stopping me going out with friends now is it?!!” 😛 Think he was in a stated of shock, lol, he walked out to get stock, came back, not another word on the two girls, hehe. I know it’s not going to happen, but if it did, can’t see a problem with going out with friends for a few drinks, etc, bar, club, cinema, doesn’t matter. What matters is they’re my friends and I don’t care what negative comments are thrown my way anymore. …Anyhow, I’ll pick this up later, got to go get ready for night shift #2. Speak later. NH. ---

Another fun loving night last night with the same people as yesterday, plus one extra lazy dude (Owen) that wanted to stand in Booth 1 and do pretty much nothing all night, even when we had no customers!! 🙄 Even ‘SK’ couldn’t get him to do as he asked, well, to a point anyway, lol. You see, ‘Owen’ had one of these stupid fidget spinner things that seems to be the new craze here in the UK; and all he wanted to do was spin it and bang it against pretty much everything. In the end, ‘SK’ took it, hid it and made out he didn’t know where the heck it was, lol!! 😃 You know, for a guy that’s been working with our Company for so long, I was greatly surprised that he didn’t have a clue how to mop a floor! Goes to show how far laziness can take you, as he was mopping without a bucket/water, thought pouring glass/multi-surface cleaner on the floor would do a better job!! 😮 One of the girls hacked him off by squeezing some ajax cream cleaner onto the floor, prompted the Muppet to then take the same bottle of product down to front counter, where he proceeded to draw male reproductive organs all over the floor!! 🙄 He didn’t even care that there were customers there watching on in amusement! Didn’t have any mones on last night, didn’t even think about putting any on if I’m honest, that’s a first! Probably should of done, as my energy level was slightly lower than normal, but then, I’m trying to hang onto what I have left in the way of PMM3 for Tuesday/Wednesday when I have Days 2/3 of my EoTF Training for the move to the new store in less than 3 weeks!! ☹ Gonna miss _almost_ everyone; and also you know who, lol!! Well, got myself a mammoth list of things to buy come Monday/Thursday!! 🆒 Gonna split it in parts, but it will be _virtually_ the same list of mones that I bought for the apartment back in December 2016!! The 1st order has been placed!! IO, TUTH, P96 and IS. Have also added Ammo (BSE) stealth too, sort of a spur of the moment thing, lol. A314 (B) I see is still out of stock, pah, ah well, think I might swap that out for maybe CTTMV2 or something else out of the experimental range. 😉 Any suggestions?? Must of learnt something these past few nights with regards to the paperwork side of things. Had another Floor Manager ‘CC’ come in and take over from me this morning, not fully sure what to do. Had to teach him my limited knowledge, lol. He was certainly tired, lol, counted 15GBP as 3, as in 3 notes, lol! 😃 I took one look at the cash book and was like, "Erm, how do you get 5 Pounds as 3?!! 🙄 Ah well, some Mothers do have them!! 😛 ‘LK’ came in, wow, no grief for once! Maybe he’s giving up?!! Only been 3 years of hell! Sat in work till 9am completing my workbook for tomorrow’s course; and read the answers on the Office computer, lol. Might spend a few more days on the computer, seem like I’ve found the areas with all the info I need to do the paperwork, albeit it’s pages and pages of instruction manuals/training courses, aimed at everyone but a Floor Manager. Not going to stop me reading it mind, probably take a month to get through at least, but it’s what I need to move up! Anyhow, in work in 45 minutes, so shall pick this up later. Oh yes, DHL have picked-up my order!! Nice quick turnaround, thank-you once again, AD!! 😃 So, might have this order by the weekend, if in which case I’ll be making up a nice batch of PMM1; and bouncing around work, hehe! Made the decision that I’ll be giving that USB drive to ‘RW’ to pass on to ‘X’. Think I might have to actually carry it around with me when I return back to my store on Saturday, as after tomorrows course, I don’t know when she is in next, so not taking any chances. Reason I’m doing so, I’ve been seeing ‘X’ play her track (My favourite one) on my Soundcloud page these last couple of weeks; and well, it’s only a preview on there, so got to give her the full versions, feels only right to do so. Might actually give ‘RW’ a USB too, as I’ve ordered a few extra special ones for leaving my store, come pre-loaded with quite a few of my tracks. Saying that, they’ll probably wipe them, haha, free 8Gb 3.0 USB, who wouldn’t! 😉 Tempted to slip in details on how to log into here, so she (‘RW’ and maybe ‘X’) can see this journal, understand what ‘Neuro-influence technology’ is, known by my other colleague ‘CD’ coming with me to the new store as ‘N.I.T. spray’ of which to some is a spray for killing head lice, lol, as ‘nits’ is what they call them over here in the UK. She’s (CD) one of only a handful that know what the ‘n.i.t.’ sprays are and do, told them in the early days, but I always smile when ‘CD’ says to me, “Have you got your nit spray on?” Out loud for all too hear; and everyone just looks on stunned or in horror thinking I have some scary monsters lurking, lol. 😃 Here’s oping she remains her joyful self, as the last couple of weeks she’s become rather snappy with everyone, don’t know why, but still, would like to see the old ‘CD’ return, makes for a much better atmosphere in the workplace! 🙂 So, the course yesterday (Tuesday), that was fun! Intense would be a pretty good way of putting what we had to learn in 6 hours of study, group exercises and observing the chaos on the floor of the store we were training in! 74 pages of a workbook to get through, half of which I’ve never done; and two of the girls on this 2nd day that missed the 1st day due to being on another course, they haven’t got a clue on the new system at all, as their current store is so far back into the dark ages, even I struggled at it when I went there a few months back to help out! I was literally having to take them to one side and give them a crash course in all the new systems/procedures that in less than 2 weeks we shall all be expect to follow and lead to the other staff! Actually can’t wait for that now! The acting BM has been posting extensive pictures of equipment and other things as the builders start assembling everything inside - looks really smart; and will probably be on TV at some point as it’s that sophisticated than other restaurants currently in use! 🆒 Still, final day of training tomorrow, then 2 rest days of which I shall be watching the tracking status of the DHL order, hehe. Says it’s scheduled to arrive on Monday, but who knows on that, probably means it’s getting a tour of the Leipzig Hub. Speak later. NH. ---

Well, I was right, the DHL plane landed 1:20am, in Leipzig, Germany. Had to go passed the UK to get to it, but never mind, lol! Still, I await to see if it gets shipped out, as there’s then a slim chance I’ll get it before midday Saturday, failing that, it will be what the tracker says, “End of day, Monday.” My 3.24GBP Customs duty has been paid nonetheless, as I’ve found with previous shipments, if delaying that payment, the order is delayed at customs. They’ll still send it whether you pay or not, I just find it seems to come a lot quicker when the payment to Customs is made! 😉 So, final day of EoTF training yesterday; and as intense as it was the past two days, Tuesday being by far the worst of the 3 days, you know, I’ve come away knowing a heck of a lot more than when I went in on Day One. I think part and parcel of the 3 days is to get to know those managers that you are going to be working with day in, day out, ie we did a lot of team building exercises, presentations, watched videos, quizzes, etc. Was fun though. Came away thinking differently about doing things, even in my current store, albeit I have less than a week to go now! ☹ Think I’ll be crying when I leave! ☹☹ Still, a massive batch of pens with my artist logo on, have arrived. Going to give them out to my colleagues that don’t have any on leaving. Something to remind me by, I guess. Going to miss nearly all of them (Minus _those_ few!)!! Ah well, hopefully they’ll come to my store when they shut down for conversion in a few months; and I’ll get to see them all again!! 🆒 I’ll write back soon. Still watching the DHL tracker. 🙂 NH. ---

So, my parcel has arrived! 🙂 Got a strong hit of ammo blue summer as I unwrapped the bubble wrap of one of the two parcels. Strange thing has occurred from when I ordered mind, products are slightly different to what I asked for! Asked for 30ml neroli IShine, got 30ml stealth IShine. Asked for TOGO Ammo [Blue Summer](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/blue-summer/) stealth, got TOGO Ammo Blue Summer! Ah well, not complaining, all part and parcel of the experimentation process I guess, lol; and yeah the Packaging slip has the right info for what I initially ordered on it, but meh, not tried IS stealth before, so what the heck eh, can always order more! 😉 Nice thing though, got a free upgrade of IO x1 to x2 strength - nice! Also, got a TOGO P115 5mcg stealth to trial - thank you. Never tried that one, so will look at that in the next week or so. 😉 Got a meeting next week apparently for all the team going to the new store, then we’re going to a bar/club afterwards - PMM1 (B) will be going with me I think, hehe. ‘B’ version because it will contain IS Stealth and not neroli version! 😉 …Just tried that stealth IS x2, put it on my wrist, getting something light coming off of it, but every time I sniff my arm I get a ‘wake-up’ feeling, lol. So, I’ve made up two batches of TOGO mixes. The 1st contains X2 IShine (5mcg), IO (5mcg), P96 (12.5mcg) and TUTH (2.5mcg). Total mones in the bottle = 250mcg. The 2nd contains X2 IShine (5mcg), IO (5mcg), P96 (12.5mcg), TUTH (2.5mcg) and Ammo [Blue Summer](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/blue-summer/) (2.5mcg). Total mones in the bottle = 275mcg. Sounds a lot, but then we have 40 sprays approx per bottle. 😉 Tried mix one in work yesterday, was a happy bouncy soul on starting work; and pretty much the 1st half up until my break. ‘RW’ was in briefly. 🙂 She came out of the office to see me, shouted out, “Hiya Davey babe!” Yeah, safe to say I repeated it right back at her, “Hiya Rachey Babe!” 🙂 Probably put me in an even happier mood than I was already in, then ‘CD’ came on shift, said ‘RW’ could go home early, pah!! Heat in that store was unbearable. I know this room of mine at home is stupidly hot, but work was an equal heat, meaning my breathing slowed right down to cope. Oh great, they stick me on fries, like I’m not hot enough! Safe to say, on hearing a hold needed to be taken out to a car, did I volunteer. Even though it was hot outside, it was cooled there then in our store with the cr\*p air con that does nothing! Customers complain about the heat in the dining area, ha, they should come behind the counter and feel the heat there; and let’s not forget the poor people in the kitchen slaving away in conditions far worse than what we have to endure on the counter. How none of them have collapsed is beyond me, it was that hot!! So, out I go with the hold and my favourite manager and best friend is out there waiting to go home. Safe to say I asked when she was in next - “3 days next week!” Looks like Friday will be a tearful day for me then, as that’s my last shift with her! ☹ Really hoping she comes in a couple of months to the new store for her training - here’s hoping anyhow! Failing that, I’m volunteering for shifts when I can in my current store, just to see my happy friend. 😉 ‘AC’ yeah, I think she is going to miss me, seemed clingy around me yesterday. I ended up working over my 11pm time, as per usual, so ended up getting the last train home with ‘AC’. She hinted that she wanted to got to the new store, but definitely wants to do her training there when we my current store shuts down for the month in August/September. Said I’d speak to one of the new salaried team, see if there’s any openings as I know they’re still taking people on. Mt current BM has asked ‘AC’ to become a Crew Trainer. Hell, they need them, we only have one, everyone else has either been promoted or left!! ‘AC’ said she turned it down in our store because she didn’t want the endless hassle from the two ‘Grumpies’, don’t blame her, won’t say I’ll miss them myself!! But she’d be a good Crew Trainer nonetheless, so I’ll ask and see if she can transfer. No harm in asking, right?!! Going to be a tough week ahead, though. Tough today, as it’s another hot day, in work in less than an hour. Taking with me mix one and mix two. Don’t know what I’m using, but will decide as ever on arrival. Got about 2-3 sprays of IJ left, that’s getting used tomorrow - last day of cleaning the machine from hell in this store, good luck to however gets to take it on after me!! Anyhow, speak later. WiFi in work is playing up again, so probably do an update after I get home. NH. ---

Thanks Justin. Yeah you know me, like to mix things up as opposed to use them all standalone. Still got this P115 to try out, have no idea what the heck that is, lol. Yes I know, you’re all going to tell me to go out and test it; and at some point I will. These are my final days of working with my team, my family, people I’m going to very much miss. Yep, more than others, I think I can count on both hands, maybe throw in a few toes to add a few extra people, lol!! 😉 Yeah, I’m going to miss them, but I think this is the only way to move up, get shown everything; and maybe I’ll get to see them all again in a couple of months. Certainly overheard the trainer talk to the Ops Consultant about getting them (The management) onto the Day 1 - 3 course in the next few weeks - They aren’t going to know what’s hit them!! I’ve been using Mix 1 over the past 2 days. Mix 1 makes me lively as hell! Seems to kick in about 2-3 minutes from spraying to my usual points (2 sprays to either side of my Adam’s Apple, 1 spray to the back of my neck). I certainly can tell the difference of the Stealth IShine being in there as opposed to the [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) version that I always use, will have to try and get the Neroli version (Hopefully) again! Different scent with the stealth version. For comparisons, I don’t know. I think I prefer the neroli version myself, gives off more of that orange scent I’ve come to love over the past 6+years. Okie, so the afternoon started around 3pm with my crazy taxi driver slamming on the breaks at the sign of every yellow light. Pretty certain that means “Get ready to stop,” not “Slam on the breaks and give your passenger whiplash!” So a call to the BM to say I’m gonna be 5 minutes late (With her laughing down the phone from the sounds of me dying in the back of the taxi from telling her what was happening), as I was now in a crawl along the road behind a bus (Thankfully), even though we had another lane next to us, the driver just wouldn’t use it, pah!! 🙄 Got in, logged in, had ‘CalD’ immediately think he’d be funny and shout about that I was late. No need, but I’m the haters’ entertainment; and I only have a few days left, but, didn’t stop me telling him to his face to “Grow up!” and that I’d already spoken to the BM, not that it had anything to do with him anyhow, certainly was laughing each time he said it to me - 6 times in less than 30 seconds of walking on shift! 🙄 Had a feeling this was the start of another shift from hell; and I was right! I’m the kitchen manager, on from 3pm to 12am; and all I’m getting over and over is when I’m going on my break?! Not during GAP (Mystery shopper times), that’s for sure. But, as me and another crew member worked, CalD, IP, SK and LK began the hijinks. Absolutely no way to stop it! ‘SK’ is a shift manager also, he over-rules me every time! Mix 2, I threw on after my break (Same application points) and seem to get people wanting to hug me, okay, not expecting that! 😮 My haters, they’re the only ones that don’t seem to be affected albeit they were beyond the 3 metre mark, not that I really care about them, there’s a slight difference in look when they’re on their own closer, so something is triggering some message in their head to be nice; and they tend to be, but as a group, well, they just have to hate, even with these few days I have left. I have a feeling I know who they’ll target after I’ve left, going by what I’ve seen a few of them post on her social media news feed over the past few weeks (ASim); and harrassing her at the back of the store 2 days ago! I guess not everyone takes the time to talk to everyone like me, she may come across as annoying at first, but when you sit down, talk with her, she’s a really nice, bright person. AC’s friend, well you can understand what she’s like. 😉 Speaking of ‘AC’, now I know why she was sick a couple of weeks back, spoke with her on shift last night and she quietly told me just before I left; and am glad I forced her to remain off work! She’s not well at all, requiring to go to hospital every week for treatment, poor girl. Knew I knew what those machines were for that I’ve seen her posting pictures up on snap chat, explains a lot, fills in the gaps. Still that caring guy about all my staff/friends aren’t I, I guess I always will be! 😉 So, I took the USB into work with me, no idea if ‘RW’ was in, never really look at the floor plan anymore as there’s that many swaps you just never know who you’ll actually be working with! Got _those_ idiots messing about for around 3-4 hours, laughing in the face of the shift manager when she told them to behave, shows you what they’re like! Even when I told them, did I get a mouthful. Had a Floor Manager (IP) and ‘CalD’ tell me I had “No Authority,” to tell them to do anything, as I was leaving on Friday! Safe to say they got told, “I’m a manager here until Friday, I have authority, you’re all messing about in front of the cameras, I’ll just take it to ‘VL’; and you can tell her I have no authority!” Got called every name under the sun by both, but ask me if I care?!! Had had enough by that point, everyone had had enough on counter, ‘RW’ was screaming for everything, the shift manager had been around to me twice to ask how she could resolve the matter. Really? She ended up in the office trying to stay out of the way I think, don’t blame her, they’re a nightmare when in a group, even worse when they’re targeting you online! Thankfully my break came around 7pm, sadly for me I told ‘RW’ what had gone on; and she took it the wrong way. Didn’t expect to get my head chewed off, think she thought I was going to ask her for some form of resolution, but I know these guys, everyone in here knows these guys, there’s nothing anyone can do to make them stop, they’ll always do want they want; and for some strange reason, no matter how many times you go to salaried, they always get away with it! 🙄 Sat in the crew room, had ‘LT’ come in for his break shortly followed by ‘SK’ and ‘IP’, can see the wind-ups begin with them saying the store was full and ‘RW’ wanted him back to work! ‘LT’ came out with, “Why would I do anything that your ‘Ex’ tells me to do?!!” Yeah, here we go. Felt like getting up and chinning all 3 of them. The heat was unbearable, all I wanted was a bit of peace, 45 minutes and back to that hell!! Mix 1 and 2 went on, all the usual application points. Jeebus, remind me not to do that again!! Head went so gawd damn active I can’t even begin to tell you what it was like visually!! Every single time I went near that shake machine the events of the 26th would appear!! Didn’t help with ‘RW’ coming standing next to me to use her phone, felt like telling her there and then, “You know what happened the other week? Well, this is what I saw, this is how I got through it!” Don’t think that would of gone down too well if I’m honest, certainly was on my mind to say something though, sadly I couldn’t, had CalD make stupid comments about me and ‘RW’, every time she came around to use her phone. They’ll never learn; and I hope they don’t harass her when I leave. They probably will, I know what they’re like, they’ve even told me they will continue to harass me online - yay, something to look forward to, not! Well, it got to around 11pm and the night manager is well and truly in, giving us his mammoth cleaning list, no way we’re getting it done before 12am, so it looks like I’m volunteering to stay on, yet again! Didn’t actually want to leave anyhow, it was busy, they were extremely short staffed and well, I was staying on regardless!! Okay, moving on, I’ve done it! Can’t begin to tell you how nervous I was! Nowhere near as nervous as when I had to speak to ‘X’ (Recap page #15), that has to be by far the worst experience ever, but after what can only be described as the shift from hell, I managed to finally hand over the USB to ‘RW’ to be passed onto ‘X’!! 🙂 Well, it’s not over yet. As I’ve said time and time again for months both ladies have every right to see what has been posted in here, albeit some things they read shall probably shock them, last two posts on page #26 springs to mind, not to mention that nice mark on my wrist that seems to be showing itself now that the sun has come out. I’ve given ‘X’ and ‘RW’ the ability to find/come in and read this, my journal. I don’t know how many rules that has just broken, considering how secretive this whole section is, but it’s something that had to be done! Probably should of been honest and told them both everything from day 1; and every day after that, but yeah, I’m shy on that one, keep it to myself, or at least try to! If they post, well I can’t stop them, I guess they both have the right and ability to do so. Can’t see that going too well if I’m honest, ‘restraining order’ is what is springing to mind as I write this. ☹ At least you both know everything!! I know you haven’t probably seen what is in the txt document as yet, but as I have posted on there, you never did anything wrong, it was all me (and a handful of others) but, I should of realised a long time ago that I could never of been in your life. That is why I said to ‘R’ last night that I had to share with you both this journal, make you both aware of everything; and that is why you now have full access. I can only apologise, say sorry. And I respect your choices. I too have made the same decision sometime in my life. I feel you. Maybe that’s the reason why I sometimes urged you to do something… to choose… maybe it’s me saying “been there, done that” kind of thing but in the end, you are the captain of this ship. Thanks Dee. Maybe what I have done is irreversible damage. I’ve not heard anything since being told ‘X’ was on here reading yesterday morning. I warned ‘RW’ that it contained some shocking things, should of made that clearer, but she was eager to get home. She was laughing when I told her, don’t think that will be the case now. Don’t think she will look at me the same way again. No one ever does when they find out my full past; and what I do here/elsewhere with regards to research. I don’t think I will ever see nor speak to ‘X’ again either, not after she has read all of this, if she has made it this far! I just have that sense, feeling that, maybe the final words will come from ‘R’. I kind of expect to hear the “Never speak to us again,” words, said to me at some point in the next couple of days, but they had to know, they had a right to know. Trying to get people to understand what we do here or, for other research companies/organisations is probably one of the hardest things any researcher can do, but to add my personal past and present into it also; and then make them understand why I have written it, even harder! Nobody (Bar one) understands how I see the World before me. I myself don’t understand why I see things in the way that I do; and why they won’t go away. No ‘expert’ has ever been able to tell me. I’ve spent a long time being a guinea pig I guess, researching, both hands-on and writing/reading reporting back, doing things that I thought was good, benefiting others in the long run. This past few days sure have been draining! Should of been at a meeting last night for my new store. Couldn’t attend, as I was sat in hospital with my dad, ill again. Getting home from the shift from hell, to then be told you have to go to hospital, sit there all night/day, respond to messaging that ‘X’ can’t gain access, yeah, I love auto-correct not, to asking yourself do you leave the hospital, or do you stay. I left at 3pm, didn’t want to but had to; and lucky me or unlucky as this extended day was going, I was sat in crawling traffic 410pm outside the city entrance. Taxi driver looked at me daft when I made the call to turn around head back home. I was drained, awake 29 hours with only Mix 1 keeping my head active, yeah that was the only thing still going, the rest of me was dead, but I couldn’t go in late! I would of been stuck in that traffic for at least another 20 minutes, not acceptable as far as I was concerned. I guess I’ll get roared at for not attending before I get the chance to explain myself, but yeah, will just have to take it, I guess. Both parents came home at 9pm, another scare but worth checking out nonetheless! I’ve literally slept since around 5pm until now (1046am); and am back in at 12pm. Worst thing now is I’ve got to find out what the heck I missed yesterday, find out when my actual start time is on Saturday, all it says is, “Full Day,” on the schedule, means nothing to me, don’t even know if I’m in my uniform! 😕 Let’s get today out of the way. Can hear it now, “Why didn’t you go?” From my lovely fan base that I won’t miss. Probably another day of “You don’t have authority!” Cannot wait to leave this store even though it holds a lot of good memories, good people, albeit maybe one or two may not want to speak to me after reading all of this. ☹ I hope that’s not the case, but if that is what they choose to do, I’ll understand. Actually, it’ll break my heart again, but, I couldn’t keep quiet any longer! This is the 1st time anyone that knows me personally, has found out everything about me! Normally, it’s just other fellow researchers (Here and elsewhere), that get told of my past, what I’ve done, been involved in, seen. All anyone ever says is, “You’ve had a lot of jobs, you’ve done this, done that…” Yeah; and now two people who know me personally, know exactly how much! Ah, 1112am, got to go get ready for work. Well, safe to say that was the saddest day in work I’ve had since well, back in December!! ☹ Holding back the tears was a nightmare, got so many memories of that place good and bad, mostly good. Put on my IO/IS mix before going in, gave me that boost of energy, sort of smile on my face, kind of helped to take away some of the feelings that were going through me. Had people constantly coming up hugging me saying they were going to miss me, made it even harder! ☹ Boss kept saying that I can always go back if I don’t like it, but I’ve got to give it a try at the very least!! Hardest was saying goodbye to ‘R’, my favourite person in the whole place!! So, so going to miss her, can’t begin to say how much! Felt exactly like the 6th December, that journey home in the taxi with the others when reality hit me then, just as it did tonight it hit me again that I was now leaving ‘R’ and everyone else behind!! ☹ Sat here now drinking cider blasting my ears out to DEFQON1 Weekend Festival (Live), going to that without a shadow of doubt next year. On my own, probably, but going nonetheless - Hardstyle/Hardcore/Techno, my type of music. Can’t believe they’re offering return flights for 60GBP and 7 nights all inclusive in a 4\* hotel next to all the clubs for 198GBP, hell that’s peanuts compared to what I hear everyone else has to pay! I guess being single has its benefits after all! 😉 Knowing me I’d take my controller, iPad, a speaker and power block; and just party on a beach somewhere the whole time, haha!! 😃 Actually no, I’d go hunt down that ‘Elrow’ club with all the weird stuff and just get lost in it the entire 7 days, hehe. Really, really hard to move on! Heads probably gonna go on overload, in a day or so, can see it coming! Was speaking to a friend of mine from school (Our old RAF days in Germany), actually he was sending me techno videos to listen to, lol, had to stop cos well, DQ1 is on hehe! 😉 Nice catch-up, deffo miss those days, albeit he was with me for some of the least fun events, including the ops room antics, lol, ah well we were kids with not much to do on a huge military base for 4 and a half years!! So, it’s been a couple of days since being in here! Work has been nuts, not because we were open, but because we quite literally were building the store with builders and contractors working all around up! Equipment was installed, sort of. Everything had tonnes of laser cut sticky backed plastic on it to be removed, which took us all day Saturday to do! My hands/knuckles are ripped apart. Sunday, we had to do a deep clean of everything, dust absolutely everywhere and on everything!! Both days working from the crack of dawn to almost midnight! They could of done with another week, but the deadline for the builders was Monday night, ha! Safe to say, all of them said they needed to come back on Tuesday and they were certainly there when I left at 10pm last night!! Opening day today, woohoo!! All the hard work over the past 4 days of setting everything up and all the training in the month before that has finally meant something - this is what we have all been working towards!! Met some of the team last night at a family and friends event, when the new staff got to bring their well, family and friends to look at/around and try out the food, see everything in operation before they started working there! Some have been brought in from other stores to help out for the next month, think 3 of them want to transfer based on how they were last night. Don’t blame them, I know the stores they’ve come from, it’ll be hard when they go back, just like I found it hard when I went back to my previous store after spending 2 months away. Plus side for me going back, I got to see my friends and my best friend ‘RW’. Saw a couple of the male staff at my new store last night, said how much I missed every especially my Best friend, but I have to go with this opportunity; and well, there’s a chance I can go back and help them out whenever they’re short staffed! Anyhow, I’ve been wearing my mix these past 4 days IO and IS 5mcg (Stealth). Getting used to the stealth scent of the shine now, wasn’t too sure when I 1st started using it. 3 sprays of the mix is what I’ve been using, usual application points, each side of my neck one spray to the back of my neck. Makes me wake up, bounce about, everyone around me just seems to be a lot happier too, must be giving off the happy vibe!! Anyhow, got to go. It’s miles away from my last store so have to get a train in about 30 mins, otherwise its 9.30GBP one way in a taxi!! Anyhow, speak later. NH. ---

Oh my dear Lord, what a shift from hell I had yesterday!! I know everyone (Including myself) is new to this platform, but having to say the same things to the same people, showing them how do produce everything, clean etc, over and over for 9 hours solid - nightmare!! This new system for managers is just nuts, thank god for having my mix with me (IO 5mcg/IS 5mcg stealth), 3 sprays of it to my neck, only thing keeping my sanity from being destroyed!! I’ve got managers that have come from stores having been performing this new system for up to 2 years, me on the other hand, apart from the training I had 18 months ago, which I’ve now discovered most of what I learned has now changed, you go to do something that you think is right only to have 2-3+ managers effectively corrective coach you in front of the staff. Some are nice, understand, others just bark orders at you, but you come to try and do as told only for someone to then say, “Why are you there, why are you doing that? You should be doing this, this and this…!!” Then you get someone else seconds later, “Why are you there, why are you doing that? You should be doing this, this and this…!!” You get the idea, so you don’t know whether you’re coming or going. Safe to say though, we were all stunned last night when 3 managers from different sides attempted to effectively mind feck me in the middle of the kitchen all telling me I should be doing different things, contradicting what I’d just been trained by the Company’s trainer only minutes before. Why stunned? From behind me, I heard this female voice shout out, “Don’t you be picking on **MY** NH!” WTF?!! 😮 Turned around with a silent kitchen to see a crew member I’d trained in my last store standing there fuming at all the managers, lol!! In a way, it was nice, lol, but still didn’t expect it!! 😃 Went on my break to find the same girl ‘Amy’ sat in there with other female staff, to just ignore the fact that someone sat next to her was talking to her to say, “Here’s my NH!” 😮 What? OK, didn’t think I’d that good an impression in my last store, lol, but she went to say, “NH trained me in RL, he’s the nicest manager you will ever get to know, very helpful!” Didn’t actually know what to say other than “Thank you.” To then have another female colleague next to ‘Amy’ say, that’s twice you’ve blanked me when NH has come in! You did it when he walked in here earlier when he started and said the same thing!" O-K! 😮 Before anyone suggests it, this particular girl is half my age, so yeah, nothing happening there either, always the way eh, they either don’t like me, or they’re too young for me, can’t win!! ☹ I tell you, single for life seems to be the way at the moment, but I’ve kind of gotten used to it now anyhow, kind of used to saying that saying anyhow, after well, let’s face it never had a chance with ‘X’, the ‘haters’ were probably right, she was way out of my league! Not to mention my best friend ‘RW’, I’m really missing her the most if I’m honest!! ☹ So tempted to go back into my old store and say, “Take me back,” but do I want to end up with all those problems thrown back at me again, not really; and this is an opportunity too great to pass up. Spoke with my new BM regarding training, to be told, “We need to get you out of the 5 years of you working counter and Booth 1 and into the kitchen management role; and we’ll probably buddy you up with another experienced manager to get you up to speed in that role.” Great. 🙂 Must admit though, I look at the schedule and panic at some of the things in there, like opening up the building for one. They haven’t shown me how to, not even got access to the safe yet; and the opener has to have access to everything to get the place set up. Crazy thing is, they have to do everything in 30 minutes, lol, how the heck is anyone supposed to do that? From working the close shift till 3am on Wednesday night/thursday morning it became apparent that everything goes back into the fridge/freezer at night, everything gets powered down at 1:30am, something that my previous store didn’t do, couldn’t get my head around why the shift manager was telling staff to take stock back, lol!! Still, that all aside, might have to order myself some more IJ!! 🙄 Just when you think the teenagers from hell where bad in the last store did I spend 3 hours last night chasing out 60 lil’ rats trying to wreck the place upstairs on the 1st floor dining area!! No respect for property of families trying to eat and we’d only been open 3 days at this point!! Can’t wait to see CD’s face when she comes off of her holiday, back to work to see all those lil’ rats we have to deal with. Got 2 sprays of IJ left in my TOGO, obviously don’t want to use it unless I really have to seeing as it messes with my head somewhat, but still, may be the case of having to if these kids continue to come in with the intentions of destroying the place that we managers took so long to get up and running! Anyhow, 3:30pm I’m in as the Kitchen Manager, lol, yeah, that will be fun with the experienced managers telling me otherwise to what I know of how to run the kitchen in the previous store. Like I said, everything is totally different!! God help those that are coming to this new store from my old store in a couple of months to do their training, they just won’t know what’s hit them, guaranteed, tempted to go and warn them, lol!! Well, that was an awesome shift, far better than a couple of days ago!! Had a good team on mind, but I still had to train a few literally from scratch in all the procedures of the area they were working in. Went in with mix one: (X2 IShine (5mcg), IO (5mcg), P96 (12.5mcg) and TUTH (2.5mcg). Total mones in the bottle = 250mcg. Had 2 sprays to either side of my neck, 1 spray to the back of my neck and 1 spray to my hair. Have to say it was just like the ‘social inclusion’ I had when I went to ‘EH’s’ party back in March!! 🙂 I found and read something that we’ll be tested on in 6 weeks time from our Company trainer. 6 pages of what is expected of both the staff and managers, where to stand, everything. So, going onto the shift, I applied what I’d read. Okie, for the 1st hour, I had to effectively work as a crew trainer, showing staff what was required; and what I expected from them! They hadn’t really been told/explained to them about how to read the new technology. To be fair, nor had I; and I’d found and read the manuals on my PC (After downloading them from my old stores PC before I left), before going in for my shift. Great help, as I now know what is expected of me! 🙂 Well, with my mix on, and putting everyone at ease, telling all the staff if they have any questions regarding the job, if I can help, they can come and ask me seeing as most of the other managers just seem to bark orders at them - No wonder they’re making mistakes! Well, that must of spread as people I hadn’t spoken to were coming up to me all night asking me questions. Don’t mind we’re all learning myself included; and I made that clear to 6 people on my break. I guess I’m the ‘People’s Manager’ as I came across more as ‘one of them’ than someone that just barks orders. But you see, that’s the way I’ve always been, to help out, get stuck in. I know this new role has managers step back, observe and direct, but to hell if I’m going to do that when I see people struggling, looking lost, not doing things right. People remember those that help them, take time to show them what to do; and that is something I will always continue to do, even if it means me getting shouted at. Believe it or not, that’s exactly what happened in the hour at the start of my shift as I showed a male member of the team how to fry all the meat products. He had said a trainer had shown him what to do, but it was evident that he hadn’t been shown nearly enough; and was making mistakes. Had to tell my ops consultant whom was in with the franchisee what I was doing, why I’d moved from my position, I think he saw from my point of view after a few goes of telling him! Still, we all worked as one, all night; and those that I’d trained on shift took the time to personally come and thank me before they left, for what I’d trained them, been patient with them, which was nice, shows I’ve done something right. Some are on my shift tonight, so I’ll be able to see how much they’re remembered! 🙂 Back in, in less than an hour, pah; and guess what soft idiot did? Volunteered to come in and clean the machine from hell and the smoothie machine on Monday - 5am-11am is what they have scheduled me in, but that’s for another task, the Planned Daily Maintenance System I’ve been put in-charge of. Ha, if only I knew what the heck I was doing for that?!! Probably why I volunteered to do the machines, as the person they’re buddying me up with to work that system isn’t in till 3:30pm! Right, time to go iron the uniform, got 50 mins left, have to leave my house in 20 mins to get in on time. Taxi, yep no choice, been on here typing too long, lol, but then there trains are on a 30 min service today due to rail works, so I’m not taking the chance of any cancellations!! Speak later, I’m going in with Mix 1 on again, same application points, happy days!! NH. ---

Hey I really like your style on the “peoples manager” thing and good work on working with these people and not forgetting where you came from and who you are man, total respect for that! Very interesting mix to and with 4 sprays on that is a lot of Enone, but the rest of the stuff in your mix must make it very useable for you. I use 2.5MCG total for a daily work mix. Thanks Justin. 🙂 I’ve been using the same mix all week; and it’s been a pretty darn good week, well up to Wednesday with one annoying member of staff, get to that in a minute. I’ve been using a total of 4 sprays of mix one, with 2 sprays on arrival at work; and applying another 2 sprays after my break, all different times. Must of done something though as one of the female shift managers has been proper friendly with me. First time I met her was about 22 months ago, when we went on the initial training to learn this new system we are now working in. Albeit, she didn’t last the whole day as she had some form of anxiety attack and had to leave the training course, but still, that was the 1st time I met her. A bit like RW, just as bonkers, but has that same friendly personality, someone that you can just get along with, like you’ve known for a long time, even though in Jess’s case, I’d only just met her that specific day. Since then, she’s been on virtually all of the training days I’ve been on (Even my First Aid Course!), we just seem to end up in the same groups, lol. We were even scheduled to end up crawling around the restaurant before it opened, ripping off all that stick-backed plastic, polishing everything, just having a blast, so yeah, we get on. To be fair she’s just broken up with her long-term boyfriend, worse for her she’s been living at his house, so is looking to move out. Rebound maybe, but my bouncy friendly nature seems to have had some sort of impact on her as another shift manager shouted across the kitchen to me, “Here you are NH, Jess has said she likes you on paper, she likes everything about you!” Erm, okay, so let’s get this one straight in my head before we all jump for joy…She likes what she sees of me, but on some form of paper. I guess that’s her version of the check list that I myself go through when looking at going out with someone, ‘X’ being the only person to date to tick off everything, RW coming very close, I guess the only thing stopping me from ever asking out RW, was down to the day 3 years back when she blasted at me without warning that she never wanted to go out with me. Came as a shock to say the least, as I wasn’t expecting it, but still, knowing were I stood, I always considered her to be a ‘best’ friend from that point onwards. Getting back to Jess; and the ‘paper form’, well in Human form, clearly I’m not her type, lol, didn’t stop me wandering down to see what the heck was going on, to find Jess, red faced, smiling and trying to hide, without anywhere to go, yeah, awkward moment for her right there, lol!! Didn’t stop me from smiling toward both managers, trying not to laugh as I could see her trying her best to hide, but kept turning around to see if the other manager and I were looking her way; and on seeing that we were, she’d turn quickly away, lol; and she kept repeatedly doing it until I went back to my station in the kitchen! Sadly, not got that ‘X’ feeling, but still, was nice to have someone say something positive for once!! 🙂 So, Tuesday and the kid with a chip on his shoulder was a total joke of a shift. My very first open, started work at 430am; and getting through the front door, lol, yeah, imagine having to literally break into your own workplace, as that is what we had to do!! The main doors are electronic sliding doors, both get locked at night; and some bright spark hasn’t fitted the lock on the front main door correctly, so it jams when you turn the key, instead of unlocking. Now picture this door trying to close with a jammed lock half up; and you trying to use another key through a 1cm gap to force the lock upwards, all the while the door is trying to close on your fingers!! Yeah, painful and not so funny for you, but the staff watching on, as you struggle, curse and just feel like throwing a brick through the glass, yeah, they find it highly amusing!! 🙄 Luckily for me, I had my mentor, another shift manager with me, showing me the ropes so to speak; and he opened the door! 🙂 So, that day, Tuesday just gone was a learning day for me, but although it had its good points and its bad points, the main concern for me was the staff that thought it was their god given right to go walk off the job to have a smoke as and when they felt like it, having my mentor and manger of the shift give me a royal ticking off for letting them go - erm, I hadn’t, they’d gone behind my back and asked other managers on duty could they go, leaving me practically on my own to do a 4 person job over both a busy breakfast and lunch period. Nightmare!! So, yesterday. Wednesday. Lessons learnt from the chaos of the day before; and I was like a hawk looking for prey! Got them all to work, apart for this one guy whom just kept throwing a strop because I wouldn’t let him go off the floor for a smoke! We all get a 45 minute break every shift. You can do what you like on that break, go where you like, but when you’re working, any additional breaks aren’t the given right of staff to go on as and when they feel like it! They have to ask; and yeah, if we’re quiet, if all the work is done, we do often let people go, but this one teenager kept refusing to do what was asked of him, kept trying to do his own thing; and in the end he tried to argue with me over why I wouldn’t let him go, even though it was just me, him and another member of staff working side one, which gets 60% of the orders sent to it. The other side had a crew trainer and a new member of staff; and they get the remainder 40%, so not as busy for them! But this guy just doesn’t know when to quit; and I’m the one person he knows nothing of, not one thing that I’m trained/qualified in; and he’s now trying to quote me a made-up law, laughable. Time to bring out my legal knowledge on the subject, something that I had to implement for my last store as we began to have a epidemic problem of staff wanting to do the same! I don’t think he actually knew what to say, lol, but he still wasn’t a happy bunny. Reported him to one of the salaried managers, as we’re supposed to, as they’re all still on probation for the next 3 months, I think they forget that fact. Most of the staff work their butts off every shift, a pleasure to work with, then we have about 6 staff members both male and female, that think they can do what the want. Well they can’t and even my mentor/shift manager told him that he couldn’t go for a smoke as it was too busy - yeah, he was trying to repeat the day before by asking other people! Not today, sorry, we’re all wise to what was going on after the previous day, so we weren’t having a repeat of problems due to lack of staff sat outside for 20+ minutes every hour, thinking it was their god given right as a smoker to do so! Well, with all his whining, the Crew Trainer switched side 2 off, sent his trainee on her break and came around to our side to send the moaner off for a smoke, as he’d gotten fed up of his unruly behaviour and endless moaning! 🙄 The child came back and oh, I don’t think he’d been back more than 30 minutes before the shift manager had had enough and said he could have an early dart if he wanted to. The dope was like “Yes, baby, I get to finish an hour and a half early! Excellent!!” 🙄 Yeah, you really want to work here don’t you! I guess someone will explain to him eventually as to why he was going early, lol!! 😃 Him gone, the shift went back to running smoothly with a great atmosphere for the remainder of the shift, albeit, because of his messing about, I ended up staying an extra hour to set up what I couldn’t do earlier. Ended up seeing my mentor/shift manager Ian, outside on going to go home to say in detail what had gone on, as we’d been busy all day setting up a new promotional product, has the Ops Consultant in, so couldn’t really speak with Ian to tell him what had gone on. Said that I wasn’t having a repeat that day after what had gone on the day before; and wasn’t allowing the staff to think they could walk all over me, which is what this guy had tried to do on the entire shift! That all aside, I’m proud to announce that I have been awarded 1st place in TOTW!! Don’t know who nominated me for the post/s (The mammoth 3-part post of my week from hell in the other store, with the deranged lunatic ending it in a spectacular finish!!). Been given a massive pay-out on my wages this week, oh yes!! Seeing as all of my leave has been denied on me thus far, I’ve accumulated one hell of an amount; and because our Company deposits anything left on the Anniversary of when you joined the company, well I received 1442.62GBP!! Got enough mones to last me till the end of next week, still got half a bottle of the stealth x2 IS, but thought now is the time to get the order in, as the holiday season approaches soon; and I’d rather have everything I like in now, that waiting nearer the time and hoping I can get it! Anyhow, my 2nd day of rest if you can call it that. About to go and obtain the architects blue prints for my estate, yep the land grabbing numpty sager is still going on, but coming to an ever closer conclusion! Got the personal contact details of the ‘Cobalt’ leader responsible for all the complaints/rectifying issues that those cowboy builders did to everyone’s properties. Just need the plans so that their new team can come in and reposition the fencing wrongly positioned on our property. When that happens, what can the numpty say or do next door?!! Nothing, but panic as we move to take him to court to move back his fence; and seek compensation for 26 years of his family’s endless trespassing onto our property, erecting structures and excavating 12 tonnes of material out of our garden whilst on holiday - oh, how the tables have turned!! So I sit eagerly awaiting for the delivery of my new order from DHL, watching the monitor of our front property camera, meaning I can get down the stairs from my room at the back of the house, long before they have even gotten out of the back of the van, hehe!! Tried P115 stealth, with lynx black sprayed over the top, on leaving work today. Not too sure what that does, but I did feel a little tired more than usual. Could of been that I’d been in work early - 5am, yep I had the machines from hell to clean once again!! ☹ Had another manager yesterday ask why she had the Health and Safety system, as she knew nothing of it, kinda said the same myself as I have the planned daily maintenance system. Would’ve make sense to give me her system considering I used to work for Environmental Health years ago, but senior managers never think like that, lol, ah well, slowly learning, as I’m having to spend time both in work and at home looking up the operating manuals of equipment and trying to work out how it is supposed to work/resolve potential problems as the arise!! No problems from staff so far this week, albeit most haven’t been turning in for their shifts, lol. Yep the hot weather is here at the moment, which means our lovely workers decide they are suddenly sick and need the day off! Maybe they should also learn to stay off of social media, as they’re daft enough to post their daily activities for all too see! When you’re dying in bed of some horrid flu bug then you wouldn’t expect to see them out and about having a rave, etc, etc!! So, not seen many male staff members these few days, mostly female and a handful of new staff members. I seem to have made a lot of friends in this store, total opposite of the endless problems I had in the other store, even though there are many people from there that I so deeply miss, yes, RW too, told that to my old store’s BM at the weekend, when she was in working/learning the new system. All I got was “Aw!” Yeah well, she was a great friend to me (RW), so very much miss working on her shift, they just put a smile on my face all day. This store though, almost everyone is just happy all day, get along with one another, I guess, it’s because they are all learning, none are trained, apart from the handful of trainers brought in from other stores to help out for 4 weeks! Actually, I keep asking some of them to stay, as they’re really good and friendly, get along with them all. Okay, so it’s mainly the girls I keep asking, lol. Had one today kept smiling at me, giving me that weird look with her eyes every time I looked in her direction, must of asked her a billion times if she was “Alright,” being nice towards her. She kept responding with “yes,” and a smile back, lol. Only had X2 IShine stealth and lynx black on, yep, that’s all I have left apart from the P115 stealth. I know I smiled back, but even though she’s a trainer, she’s quiet, keeps herself to herself, but nonetheless, comes across as a nice person; and that’s the people we want in this store, nice people that we can all get along with and do well in training the staff to deliver a great customer experience. I think Louise (That’s her name), would be an asset if she stayed.
