Hi all. I’ve been racking my brains for an answer - I’m being as congruent as I can; I’m normally a confident person anyway so I carry myself well. I’m well read on body language and am quite observant with regards to it, so I don’t think it’s likely that I’m not noticing any ‘hits’. You have several [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) there, maybe give the A314 a rest for a bit and concentrate on testing out, say, Ammo, IH, Ishine… Things can actually “click” for you I have found, and once you get hits you will start getting more in a strange kind of process. The impact of the sprays is more immediate: It took me a while, like about 3 weeks, to see “hits” as such, though I was convinced through the self effects that something promising was occurring. And the wrong environment can really put a downer on things, no amount of pheros can work in certain environments. ---

I was thinking along the same lines, although I have also been trying out the Ammunition in increasing number of sprays (documented in my journal). I’ll try the Instant Shine I think and see what I can do with that. I so want these products to work, I’ve even gone ahead and ordered [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Come Talk To Me as these sound like more ice-breaker type pheromones. ---

I’ve used A314 for a couple years and must first say it’s a subtle but powerful beast. By that I mean because of the type of reactions it fosters–is he “the man”?–people tend to hold back as they don’t want to show their weaknesses to the frickin’ badass they perceive you to be. A314 doesn’t garner in your face happy sauce kinda reactions like a stiff dose of TAA and alpha Androstenol. And A314 ain’t a social product although I find it perfect for work and helping maintain respectable communication and a chain of command. For me, as a solo product, it places a social bubble around me: younger people are polite & respectful but standoffish and, a few individuals, are sometimes afraid or repelled. For these reasons, I always wear A314 with strong [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) such as alpha Androstenol and TAA (may add a wee bit 'o androstenone later for dates for parties). Thus I still reap the benefits of A314 but with a friendly edge. Whatever you do, don’t wear A314 solo on a date or to a social event. People will ignore you, maybe even hate you. Not the kind of situations to act like you’re “the man”, e.g., corporate dude, government official, etc. I recommend beginners start with strong social pheromones like alpha Androstenol and TAA based products, or maybe a balanced all-in-one product like Ammo. ---

I’d say at least 2 weeks. But I just posted last night about 3 hits in one day! I found at work that if I pair it up with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) or CTTM2 then it seems to be working the best. From what I’ve read here at your age 1-2 drops of A314 should be all you need. Drop you dosage back or even give yourself a day off from it and see what happens. ---

I had the same problem, from the same batch. I had at least 4 girls smell it on me and tell me what they thought and they said it smelled like BO. (I went from 4 drops to 1 and got the same reaction.) The first try I had IH double strength on top of it. The second try, I had IO regular on top of it. I don’t see how Alpha-A is going to change that, meaning if you stink, you stink. Girls don’t like stink. Maybe A314 is best left in areas most people don’t smell, or get close their noses close to. (On the back or stomach.) I would LOVE to learn the tricks from the masters here. When I first put it on, I was taken all the way back to when I was a kid. It smelled like dad’s room, dad’s clothes, dad’s toiletry kit. The women told a different story, though. I would definitely say do NOT up your dosage until you have a handle on what it does. I’m not wearing it on any more social occasions until I’ve done the same. ---

A314 is a slower [pheromone](https://a314.com/) mix, because it is oil based and diffuses slower, so arriving at a location you will find it takes 5-10 minutes before it reaches a good effect. Where as sprays may take only 3-4 min for a good effect. I tend to combine A314 and IH with roughly 2 applications of each. (for IH x1 I would go with 3-4 sprays.) ---

You’re doing too much. 5 drops is too much, it will become a deterrent if you do. I would do two if I were you, and stick with it for a while. That’s what I do. I only put 2 drops on the wrist and the left over rub it a little bit on my wrist. With 2 drops and a genuine alpha type attitude, and you’ll be projecting more confidence and with time you’ll get more hits. ---

Gegogi and Jesse gave you some good advice. Like Gegogi said, A314 is subtle and can create a bubble around you. I always use IH with it to offset this effect. Or sometimes [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for a social event - but heed Gegogi’s warnings on using it for social events. A314 does not necessarily create observable deferrence towards you. It may also be that people around you who think they have you pegged may change their perspective more slowly than those who do not.
