Just to be clear, it isn’t possible to have OD effects with Androstenol products right?? That means I can’t overdose on [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Shine right??? Does that mean that there would be NO negative effects to shooting myself up with 30 sprays of Instant Shine??? (I don’t plan to do this, I’m just curious) ---

Hmmm, interesting question. There would probably be no overdose from androstenol itself… however that much smelly product may cause some sort of chaos on the nose. Also a large dose will make you sort of coo-coo 🙄 ---

I’ve gone up to 3 sprays of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) at x4 strength. Apart from that amount of neroli making my unwitting test subjects think I’m wearing Bond Girl 007 and jumping to the erroneous conclusion that I’m gay, I’ve had no bad effects. It may be impossible to OD on Honesty. Musk ---

It MIGHT possibly just make you seem too “soft” or too “friendly,” with that in return making you be taken advantage of because of it giving out the appearance of you being to “open” or as mentioned too “friendly.” However, that’s just a thought of mine and not a known fact. That’s why I feel the key to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) is always finding a good balance of usage and effects. ---

The overdose effect of alpha nol is to make you “spacey”. The more you OD, the more spacey and silly you will become, until you acclimate. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is even more difficult to overdose on, but its OD effects are to make you ridiculously happy until you acclimate. At least for me. ---

Too much shine will simply give you a headache. Too much alpha nol will make you really spacey and talkative, good luck keeping your mouth shut. Too much beta nol will probably make you speak your mind too much. So, yeah, you can OD on the social molecules, but the result is far different. Instead of being ghosted and avoided, you might become a bit TOO social. (: ---

You dont get the classic anone OD but you can use to much. The smell for one would be overwhelming. You could get a headache or the crash and burn effect after a few hours of wearing it. When mega dosing you can get a spacy zoned out feeling and others can also zone out. To many signals and its just to much to process so people avoid it. Think of it like alcohol. A little bit may not effect you A moderate amount will give you a warm social buzz. To much just makes you annoying and people try to avoid you. Tisha ---

The only time I ever get a headache is from high doses of mixed alpha and beta nol. ---

Well then, all the above seems strange, because I have clear ODs when I use [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 1x above my 3 spray “sweet spot”. People are lethargic, semi-depressed, and there are clear signs of ghosting. Is it just me, or have others clearly overdosed on shine, atypically? ---

Tisha has described it right … i´ve been experimenting with high doses of nols… say with SOE or with beta NOL or Chikara … or CTTM its exactly what i found out wearing 10 sprays CTTM or 2 Gel Packs SOE or 200 mcg b-nol … ( makes a nice party ) hehe people try to avoid you and you´ll have kinda burn out later … Pago ---

BAck in the day I tried to OD from alpha androstenol many times (chemset strength & SL). Just doesn’t happen in the massively negative sense of an androstenone OD. I’m pretty much immune to self-effects, but if my subjects were incline to talk they suffered from motomouth in a bad way. Some will zone out at first–DIHL–and commence nonstop motomouth for the next hour or so. I used to wear massive doses of -nol to strip clubs and many girls would forget to dance and sit there talking to me endlessly. Not really a pleasant thing… But, yeah, the stink from a massive dose would be the only truly negative aspect. If you’re using SL the clary sage EO makes it even worse. I think AD added the EO to prevent us from wasting the product as you can’t use more than one spray without gagging.
