Hey Carla88! Welcome to the forum!
I’m pretty new here myself. I know there are many forum members who report a lot of success with A314. I’ll go ahead and ask some of the questions that I know the senior members and guys are going to be asking you… ![]()
- Where are you wearing going when you use A314? (class, work, at home, etc)
- How much are you spraying on yourself? (You can actually use too little or too much! (See link: <Check back in a bit — I’ll post the explanation IF I can find it!..>)
- Where are you applying it? (Best sprayed directly onto skin. Some typical good diffusion points are the: front and back of neck, inner wrists, shoulders, chest – the warmest spots where you would apply cologne/perfume.)
- Are you applying after showering? (give yourself a fresh, clean slate!)
- Are you combining/mixing it with anything? (Lotions, aftershave, cologne, other pheromone products? This can weaken or enhance effects.)
- Are you testing different increments? (Day 1 use 1 spray… Day 2 use 2 sprays…, etc… to find your optimal dosage and spray locations, also referred to as your “sweet spot”.)
- What’s your personality and intention? (You can find some very important posts here on the forum about “congruency” and “incongruency”. For example, is your body language matching-up with the type of pheromones that you are putting on yourself? And, is this the best spray for you and your intentions?)
- What observations have you made about yourself and how people respond to you when you are not using pheromones products like A314? (This is a very important exercise that prepares you to make better observations when you do use pheromone products.)
Here are some links that I’ve found useful for myself, as a new user:
These have been posted in the Women’s section — but this is info that applies to everyone!

I’m sure if I missed anything, other forum members will be eager to jump in. No worries, we’ll figure it out with you! ![]()
Edit: AH, Tisha, you beat me to it! ![]()
