I’m sure if you look around the forums, you’ll see some reports

I know of a post that really reeled me in for a whole afternoon:

It’s a long read, but I thought it was fun

If this is your first time here, I’d recommend you getting some to-go bottles of the Instant stuff

I know that this is kind of vague, but I think it’s best for you to try them out yourself… It all depends on your age and your body chemistry
