Ok first i will introduce my self Sorry if my english is not good but i try to explain my situation so you can understand. Im male 28 years old Im asian and live in indonesia. Why i came here? Because i think i will get help here. I cant make a good comunication with other people male or female. I cant start a conversation because im too shy or not even have a courage to start a conversation. Altough other people start to talking with me i just can reply with one or two words. In lunch or diner with couples of friend or group i cant enjoy the conversation. I just freeze with my gadget and i look like a gadget freak in their eyes. So that is my problem, i get here because i want to get help and maybe a recomendation or sugestion from other member to help me out from my situation. I hope [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) can help me, make me a talk active person and warm personality. And finaly have a brave to start a topic with friend and stranger. I know pheromone maybe about one month ago from local web and start to google it and found this forum on the top result. I hear ya. [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) can always help open the door. You should also be willing to walk through it. Just remember the last time you met someone and it was really fun. The last time you shared a smile with a stranger and it felt good. Remember where you felt that in your body (maybe your stomach, or a warm feelign in your chest), and GO THERE. Make your body feel that feeling. Relax. When you’re out with friends and “stuck in your gadget”, share your gadget! “Hey friends, I found this totally cool app, it’s like a big red button that blows stuff up, _watch_..” It’s a GREAT conversation starter. John had some good advice you. You need to realise that you are a great guy and have a lot to offer either male or female friends. Just open up a little about yourself but also listen to what others say about themselves. Here are some products that may help: IG will give you you a cool, calm smooth vibe. This persona works well with people who are a little quiet naturally. IO can help with those intial conversations. IH can help people feel more connected to you and this in turn can help open deeper conversations. Again the key to these products is that they only help - you still need to be willing to jump into the conversations that are going on with your friends. This could be the beginning of a more out-going and happy ou - but you have to make it happen. ---
