Hi everyone! actually i just heard [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) at a certain love forum the i tried to googled it and it lead me here.. actually im quite interested in it.. and im planning to buy it but i dont know what type will suite me.. actually im a shy guy, im my mid 20’s, well i can say that im above average looking guy, im 5’5’’ in hight, medium build.. well im not very confident when it comes to meeting girls that i have a crush on… but im planning to change this starting this year (it is part of my new years resolution.. lol). well i want to know what kind of mones will u recommend me to use here in Philippines. i want to be attractable. Welcome to the forum. Two of my favorites that a guy like you might want to try are ammo and IG. The flavors are slightly different so you may want to try both out to see which you like better. ---

IG works wonders and is one of my favorite. Makes you appear to be a guy who has his stuff together. Instant Shine is my other favorite, and it can boost your confidence and make you happy. IO will make you approachable and make people chatty. Start with the more [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) (Instant Shine, IO, IH) they are the easiest to see hits with. ---

thanks for the advice everyone.. I will keep you posted after i received my package.. i think i would try ammo and IG combination.. like what you all most suggested.. thanks!
