Just got my GC and ordered tuth, io, and ammo. I was just wondering how I should start out (ie mixing or alone, how many sprays ect.). Hi whyler 🙂 Welcome! Well, the first thing you need to do is go to the top of the men’s forum and read the sticky’s. There’s information, to answer a lot of your question, at your finger tips. Then go to the top of the Pheromone Theory forum and read the sticky’s there, especially the one on congruence. You need to test them individually, one spray at first, starting with the socials. For you, that’s [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). It’s important to use them one at a time to determine the effects of each and to find your “sweet spot”. That’s the number of sprays/dose that works best _for you_. Once you figure out how each one works, then you can better combine them to your advantage. 😉 Remember, everyone’s different and you may not have the same reactions or self-effects as others.
