I shower everyday and more often than not, twice a day.
On a Friday or Saturday it can get as high as three times, with a guarantee that I shower within 1hour before leaving the house to go out.

I am aware of natural [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) blah, blah…but I never really put much thought or care into it.

But as I recall past encounters and major hits (while wearing pheros and sometimes without) I am beginning to wonder…

A lot of them seemed to have occurred on days that I only showered ONCE. Where the time between showering and going out was much longer than usual. For reasons such as prolonged “all day university party drinking binge” or not expecting to go out and no time to shower.

Is this coincidence? Or is it that:

1. my natural pheros are built up throughout the day + thus my natural “body chemistry” and pheros work even better with the pheros when I apply them. (ie. ammo, shine, tuth, alpha, IMF\*\*)

2. I go out with the “I don’t care about getting laid attitude” and this helps me interact better with the ladies.

3. Both 1 and 2

4. Other?

Might my EXCESSIVE SHOWERING explain why the purchase of pheros have been largely ineffective for me? Keep in mind I am above average looking(every ones says that about themselves don’t they?), not shy in social situations or with most girls, and I behave in ways that match the pheros I wear. Obviously there are good days and bad days in looks, attitude and behavior etc, but this is the general trend when I go out with pheros.

What do you guys think? For someone who is a true believer of this stuff (I am not) this would be a good explanation. For someone who wants to believe (i do) this would also be a good explanation.

Please dont give me answers that attempt to “sell” the product. Does anyone have genuine accounts or logical explanations?

\*\*IMF is honestly the only phero I every truly believed in (first used in combo with TUTH) and now i cant even get it!

I would say 2. It takes time for the body to replace the lost pheromones that have been stripped off the skin by showering. But even more time goes by before the natural balance has been restored and by then, you’ve washed it off again.

I remember a study that was done on the Desert Rats fighting in the desert in World War 2. They couldn’t shower and for a while their hygiene was really bad. But because they couldn’t shower for weeks - if at all - their bodies restored their natural equilibrium and their hygiene problems cleared up. No spots, no lesions, their hair wasn’t lank and greasy etc.

No word on their success with women, but I’ve frequently heard stories from old soldiers about ‘the old days’ when they were young and single.

There have been stories on this forum about people showering with only water, no soap, and using vinegar(?) to avoid stripping their skin and maintaining their natural pH levels. I’m sure someone will find it and bump it up.

YEs! :]

Have you tried deodorant – for a fresh scent, without antiperspirant – to avoid blocking your natural pheromones?

A report on that would make for a fun read for us here on the forum. 😃

Before I started ordering [synthetic pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) I did an experiment where I showered early in the morning and then I didn’t shower at all for the rest of the day. Then I went out to Webster Hall in the evening without showering before I left. (I normally shower an hour or two before I go out.)

By the time I got to Webster Hall it was over 12 hours since my last shower. The dance floor was hot & sticky that night and everyone was sweating. Within a few minutes a girl asked me to dance and she basically threw herself at me and we ended up making out for much of the night.

Being approached by women was rare before I started using pheromones. I had never had a woman just throw herself at me and start making out with me like that before I started using synthetic pheromones. So my conclusion was that not showering for over 12 hours before going out did give me a natural pheromone hit.

I don’t bother with timing my showering or anything like that because the synthetic pheromones are very effective for me and it’s much easier to get the dose right.

I have used AD products for a couple of months now and just a couple of days ago I thought to myself, I haven’t been getting very many hits. I mean I was getting hits, just not as those in all the posts I have read with one exception. But I thought, it seems like I always had better success with women when I showered at night. Also, my skin is very dry so I figured that I didn’t have the diffusion I needed for the mones to diffuse. So, the past couple of day I have taken a shower at night, put lotion on (Vaseline for Men) and then I take a hot shower in the morning just to warm up but I only wet my hair so I can style it. Then I put lotion on again. #1 it helps my skin. It feels much better. Then I used the program that shows how much of each of the mones I naturally produce. I was the lowest in rone, so I experimented with 5 drops of A314, 2x IO and 2x IH x2. At work, I noticed that I have most definitely gained more hits. I walk around and it almost feels like I can walk in a room and they will quiet down and look at me. In fact, I pass two female co-workers every day and before they even see me, they turn to look at me and say good morning. So it could be a combination of all of your points, but I do think that the natural mones are enhanced by the AD products or whatever else you use. Now I can’t wait to try some of the others that I have because of this, like the MX’s that I have.

I should also add that I use just deodorant and not antiperspirant.

I’m new, and haven’t heard of this! Is the program designed to include women? Do you mind posting a link to the program here?

It was taken from this thread: [Phero profiler: Software to gauge your natural pheromone output](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/phero-profiler-software-to-gauge-your-natural-pheromone-output/13172)

Not sure if it includes women or not though. Worth a shot.
