Hi, 30yr old male from the U.K. here. I found this site a while ago after hearing about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). From what I’ve read in the forum I think I may have found something here that could help me out.

As someone living with Aspergers syndrome I am pretty clueless in social situations. No matter how hard I try I’m just not cut out to be a social animal which means I lead a fairly solitary existence. So I thought maybe some of the more social based pheros might be able to help lift the invisible barrier that I so often find myself stuck behind when engaging with other people.

There is a great knowledge base here so I know I’ll be able to get some good advice before deciding on which pheromones best suit my needs.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I know a couple people with aspergers. i will start by telling you that these products are here to enhance you and not necessarily create social conditions for you. They will certainly help you in your social endeavors but they will not do the work for you. Try reading the first thread in my signature block to get a realistic view of what these products can do and not do for you.

With that said, I think you should initially look at the what we call the social products: IO, IH and Ishine. IO can help you with initial conversations. IH can help generate feelings of connection and IShine can help people around you feel happy.

Again these products will not necessarily cause people to come and talk to you but they will be more likely to talk to you if you initiate a conversation.

Hey, and welcome to the forum!

[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) really sounds like it would help you.. it will get conversation flowing more than usual. Pair it with instant honesty and the quality of the conversation will go up.

I hope this helps

Hey There,

Welcome to the forum. Although I don’t have any personal experience with Aspergers I remember coming across a thread with a user mentioning it the other day. There was a ton of information in that so I’ll see if I can find it for you in a second.

EDIT: Here it is: [How pheros changed my life](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-pheros-changed-my-life/6300/1)

Enjoy!

future has a good set of suggestions. also, you may want to try adding a little [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), instant gentleman, or a314, because their common components are a confidence booster for guys. not much, maybe just rub a little under your nose for self effects.

the less conscious you are about what’s not being said makes saying things easier 🙂

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂

We do have a few members with Aspergers syndrome. Just use the search function and you will be able to find these members and see whats working for them.

I think the socials are a good ideal. They wont do it all for you as BH stated but they do make it easier, more comfortable and increase interaction with others.

I do think its worth trying and I suggest IH IO and Ishine to start.

If you have any questions just let me know. **Your GC is on its way** 😃

Thanks for the welcome’s and info. It’s great to see that pheros have been able to help others with Aspergers. There is no cure and I understand that pheros will not change who I am as a person but possibly help to enhance some of the qualities I all ready have. Anything that helps no matter how small will be worth trying.

Instant openess seems like a good choice to start with as it’s usually initiating the conversation that I have problems with.

Thanks again.

Well I recieved my order today. Openness and Gentleman from the instant line and after reading through lots of reports decided [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) and MX292 would be fun to try so I ordered them too.

I’ll be sure to post reports when I get around to testing them. And thanks Jacob for the free TUTH and chocolate. You really know how to take care of your customers.
