Now out: MX305-310 Raw Power Test Pack, with a catch

Hey Gone, I think the biggest difference is in the “diffusion curve”. With alcohol as in TUTH, it seems you diffuse the maximum amount soon after application. With the oil based Raw it seems to take awhile before it starts having effects and the effect “ramps up” gradually. That’s my take anyway. I’m sure alcohol based could have the same curve, depends on the fixatives.

Its right here GW but its out of stock… It sold fast

My .02 if it is a oil, it will benefit people that lives in a four season all year round hot and humid country. It can also benefit for those user that if their country is humid and or in a summer season. Cos its easy to sweat and by sweating i presume the -none is gone with it or the effect or results is seriously dampened with it. I really want Oil Raw Power. Any idea why it isnt produced anymore. Sorry if i asked here if it is already answer elsewhere cos i have no idea where to look for the answer?

thanks,

We may make an oil batch based on the results, but we definitely can’t test anything in oil. Oil bases are like writing things in stone. Batch sizes are larger, the bottles we send out are larger and more expensive, and oil itself has slow diffusion properties. Oil is best reserved for proven formula.

You can develop in a dosed spray format with an alcohol base, then move something to oil reliably. The main difference will be that oil will “mellow out” a successful spray mix. Oil is a very gentle format.

It’s very hard going in the opposite direction (from oil to spray format) Developing in an oil base proved itself to be a real problem with product like A314.

Hmm..

Why was the Last Raw Power phased out when it is being so popular already ? Sorry, please pin point me my mistake if i did make any.

Renny is correct - the main difference between alcohol and oil is the rate of diffusion and the subsequent shift in how effects accumulate. Using alcohol as a base will result in a much more rapid diffusion rate that results in reaching maximum effect in a short period of time. While this may be useful at times, there may be more of a “shock” effect that can lead to OD situations. Also, spraying is an uneven art, with applications varying from spray to spray for both dosage and angle/direction/area of application, so there is a bit of uncertainty added in for the effects.

With oil as a base, the diffusion rate is slower but more controlled and steady over time, and more importantly, the effects are more subtle, smooth, and “mellow” as Jasmin mentioned. This helps to prevent the “shock” effect by allowing exposure effects to accumulate over time, building up the longer the exposure period is. In some instances, this is more desireable since it’s more of a gradual buildup that feels more natural on the distractant’s part. This is why Raw Power can be used at 10 mcg/drop of Androstenone and not OD as easily as 4 sprays of TUTH. Since oils are usually deployed by a dropper, the applications are more consistent. The drawback with oil is that the effects are slower and more time consuming to apply than sprays, and there are occasions when you do want that “shock” effect when things are going too slow :stuck_out_tongue:

Out of curiosity, is there any reason why the color might be different in this test pack? I just got mine today and it appears to be slightly greenish/yellow… this seems a bit odd to me, since all the other products i’ve gotten have been clear, even when game scented. Any ideas, guys?

I have been trying to get to the bottom of this myself.

My togo of Ammo has a slightly yellow color to it, so I’m thinking it is a result of the scent package.

Furthermore, I am nearly sure that this is not actually scented with the Game.

It smells very sweet to me, perhaps it is actually coconut?

Maybe there are “control” versions made out of real cat pee??:open_mouth:

Actually, I got mine yesterday and it does have a tint of color to it.

The color will be different on this one. It should be a lightish yellow due to the Musks used in the formula .

I confirmed this with Mickaliea and April so there is no need to worry about the coloring
