# NPA or Ammo for the first time?

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will give you a confidence boost but if you have trouble talking to girls it’s not going to magically make that change. Your best bet would be to get some IO in a togo (couple of them), IH togo and some ammo togo for a first order as well as some Instant shine thrown in.

A combo of IO and IH will make people feel more open and chatty around you plus the sexual glowing vibe coming from the IS and Ammo. I recommend trying each one out alone first to find your sweet spot. It will give you a better idea on the best way to find your sweet spot.

So as your first order I would recommend 2 bottles of IO togo, IH togo and some Ammo. At our age it’s easy to OD on Ammo so start with one spray when testing and go up accordingly but its all explained in the link above.
