# NPA .... what is it ?

I’ve seen a few posts citing the use of NPA.  
Can someone please tell me what it is ?  
An acronym, product name ?

it is a full on -none product from another manufacturer. probably closest equivalent here is TUTH or straight up -none from the experimentals in the store.
