_(this is copy & pasted from the men’s forum where I first posted it)_ **Newbie report: Instant Openness - 8th August 2008** Well, here I go, testing out one of three Androtics products that I ordered: [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (I got some [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) and I got a free to-go bottle of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) too 🙂). Basically: Wow! far-out self-effects, and a bit of food for thought with regards to how it effects others. So I applied two sprays of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), one to the neck, and one to the wrists. It smells pretty good to me, actually. There was like an organic kind of aftertaste in my throat, unusual but not unpleasant. Anyway, I felt quite high after this, and I wondered what of this was down to the pheromones and what was auto-suggestion. But after 45 minutes of feeling this way, I figured it had to be more than auto-suggestion. - [addendum: I have had friends play “placebo pranks” on me quite a few times over the years, and I simply don’t think I’m very susceptible to placebo. Non-alcoholic beer presented as proper booze, decaf offered to me when I’ve been up all night and needed a caffeine fix, God-only-knows-what in cigarettes presented to me as marijuana… these really have not worked on me, or at best have created a buzz of expectation for about 10-15 minutes, which has rapidly worn off. So I think I am good at recognising genuine neuro-chemical effects, thanks largely to a misspent youth 🙂]\* I had a compelling urge to actually go out and check people out. Guys, did you ever get a restless feeling shortly after the break-up of a relationship, a compelling urge to just go somewhere? It seems like some sort of biological signal telling you to ‘Go find a new mate!!!’ after being dumped. Well, it was sort of like that, but obviously without all the other baggage that comes with a break-up. I went to a coffee shop and, well, I felt really good - this is the 45-minutes-in point where I had discounted the auto-suggestion hypothesis. While I was there, a couple of fairly unusual things happened as regards other people. Firstly, I was stared at and smiled at for about 30 seconds by this guy. When I say guy, I decided he was a guy on the balance of probabilities; he was kind of androgynous (I mean, he had like big boobs and that; I think he probably had excess oestrogen). He was with two women. One of them was actually looking in my direction for considerably longer than the typical ‘check out the people in the vicinity’ sort of thing that everyone does. She did this several times (for about 10 seconds each time), as opposed to the guy just staring at me the one time. She didn’t smile, she looked kind of…confused. Furthermore, she was pretty hot too. Then I chatted a little bit with two couples while I was there, just regular stuff. I went to the pub, and got a pint. Just the one, cos I was playing at being a scientist and all 🙂, and wanted to stay sober to observe things. So I chatted with the bar staff, who were cool, but then again they always are, and being gregarious is part of their job. I still felt amazing, and essentially I’ve at this point just been smiling all day. Four hours in, and I felt really exhausted, like my up-state has taken a lot of energy to maintain. I still felt high, but in a more mellow way… My legs actually felt like they were filled with lead as I dragged myself to a shop to get a chocolate bar. I needed a quick sugar fix. Well, the girl behind the counter, who has served me before, seemed ever-so-slightly friendlier than usual, it’s hard to say for sure… After eating the chocolate bar I struggled home. It was really weird, but I still felt excellent, and still do, as a matter of fact. Oh yeah, as regards the episode with the androgynous dude and the attractive woman who was with him: when I got their attention I was actually downwind from them (this was the outdoor seating area) but I had been upwind from them previously - they changed tables. The wind was just like a nice breeze, a 2 on the Beaufort scale I’d say. An interesting newbie outing. I certainly had fun! ---

(This is copy & pasted from the men’s forum where I first posted it) **Newbie report 2: Turn Up The Heat 9th August 2008** The synopsis is: Interesting self-effects again, and an unusual [IOI](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/newbie-report-2-turn-up-the-heat/17169#) event 🙂 So I sprayed 2 sprays of [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/), one to the neck and one to the wrists. I guess I was expecting some powerful self-effects given my [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) experience, but I didn’t change into an ‘outlaw biker’ or anything… I felt different again, cool; I was more grounded and less giddy than with the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). I can certainly see how the two would complement each other well, like ‘earth’ and ‘air’. It had a slightly more unusual scent, but not too bad. So I go down to the coffee shop again, I am feeling quite ‘alpha’ at this point - I generally do carry myself well anyway, and put out a confident vibe, the [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) seems to enhance this somewhat. I was strolling along at about half the speed I usually do - I felt I could put on a turn of speed if I needed to, but there was no need. I had a short conversation with a woman who was getting into her car - I don’t think she was in range of my pheromonal aura… But anyway, we discussed the large numbers of bees and wasps that were flying around annoying folk (I had been a bit of a insect magnet when I applied the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), it seemed…). She recommended Citronella as a bee repellent. But, as it turned out, I needn’t have worried with the [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/). It was like bees and wasps got within 2-3 feet and flew round me, or did an about-turn and flew off - bouncing off my macho aura, hehe 🙂. Anyway, she gave me an idea for a cover story, should anyone comment on any unusual scent - I’m wearing bee repellent! I chatted with a couple of friends (men) at the coffee shop, and checked out the women. Well, I had been checking women out on the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) mission, that was more in an abstract way almost, like ‘Oh, she’s nice’. I was feeling much more sexually motivated in my checking them out. Then I was planning to replicate my [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) mission by going to the pub again, but I didn’t much feel like it. I went for a long walk in the park instead. I was actually feeling very introspective, but in a good way, mulling over work, friends and family, and recent events. I almost forgot about the [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/). On a couple of occasions though, it really asserted itself. I saw two nice-looking girls in the park. I really felt like approaching and introducing myself too, but on both occasions a BF showed up about 5 seconds later, LOL, nevermind. I spent a good while walking around the park, especially given this kind of slow, rolling gait I had developed. Then, after about 3 hours, I went to get a chocolate bar as I did last time. I wasn’t really exhausted and craving the energy this time, just mildly hungry. Here at the same shop is where the peculiar [IOI](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/newbie-report-2-turn-up-the-heat/17169#) thing happened. I remembered that I also needed some envelopes, so I got them too. There was a different girl behind the counter (20s?) she’s served me before and we’ve had friendly exchanges before, but… well, this was odd. She asked me did I need any stamps too. I said I was OK for stamps, and she reminded me that I should bear in mind the new postal regulations we have in the UK (well, they’re not _that_ new now) that take into account the dimensions of an item, as well as the weight, when calculating how much postage to pay. Basically being nice and going out of her way to be helpful. I said yeah, it’s not much fun for the recipient when they have to spring for the postage instead (they have to pay to collect the item here if you don’t pay enough postage). Well, this is hardly the most devastatingly witty banter ever, but she was giggling like a little girl at this point, and had gone red! I said thanks and goodbye and left the shop, thinking ‘That was extraordinary - I really think I can chalk that one up to the [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/)!’ I cannot wait to try the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) combo - I imagine it will be fantastic. _(This is copy & pasted from the men’s forum where I first posted it)_ **Tested my free to-go of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) today 10th August 2008** 2 sprays again, to my neck and wrists. Now the self-effects were quite mysterious at first, there was more of a “je ne sais quoi” about this scent. Well, Instant Gentleman seems extremely in tune with my personality and demeanour… to the extent that I felt like “me, only more so”. I have read [A314 vs. Instant Gentleman](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/a314-vs-instant-gentleman/11070), and, yeah, I’m sort of like an “Instant Gentleman type” I think: I actually physically appear much younger than I am anyway, and then I have some old-fashioned traits, but not in a “square” way. People around me generally listen to what I have to say; I’m sort of like an “alpha geek”, LOL. And I’m the sort of guy who can bump into a little old lady down the proverbial dark alley, looking like I’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards, and assure her that I’m no threat within 5 seconds of opening my mouth and demonstrating my body language. Well, this is a short report, simply because the weather here has been really bad and few people have been out and about to encounter. I did return to the coffee shop, one fairly interesting thing happened: a woman sitting near me (we were both reading newspapers) started to mirror my more open posture, from her initial “elbows on table, head between hands - do not disturb” posture. She even stopped turning the pages so fiercely - like “snap! next page plz!” - and turned the pages more gently like I was doing 🙂. After this, I went to visit a friend, and I still felt very much like “me, only more so”. I am even more interested in checking out the A314 now, to compare and contrast… and then there’s the question of softeners to accompany the A314. Wow, this is fun. But there’s various permutations of my Instant Gentleman, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) to try out first. I’ll start being a bit more pro-active with it all now, rather than playing at being the “detached scientist”… ---

OK, I actually just ordered some A314 and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) too. I’m noticing enough even after only a few days’ experience to convince me that these products really are doing something. I really meant to revise my first order to add some A314 anyway, and I was going to contact Androtics to see if they could put that in the same package, but they had shipped my order already. This was after reading the many glowing reports for A314 on Pheromone Talk. After my admittedly brief experiences with IO, TUTH and IG correlating so well with other reports both by newbies and experienced users, plus a few pleasant neurological surprises I have yet to fully comprehend, I am inclined to trust the wisdom of the forum members as regards A314 and Instant Shine (IS was recommended to me by Tisha). And my GB pounds can currently buy a decent amount of US dollars 🙂 Furthermore, I had a GC burning a hole in my e-pocket. I am going to move my focus a bit from the detached observer like I mentioned before, and try out a bit of (benign) social engineering. Although I somehow ended up here by following my nose 😃 from some PU forum (think it was [fastseduction.com](http://fastseduction.com) or something) I’m also incredibly interested in these professional/business applications of pheromones that I have been learning about, particularly involving the use of the A314. I am a pretty fast learner and I can also recognise quality information when I see it; even if I do not yet understand a subject I can see where information has the ‘ring of truth’ to it. Well, I’m glad I steered a quick course through some of those tackier pheromone sites to end up here. I was impressed from the word go with the Androtics store, because it gives actual hard data as regards its products, like ‘this contains X amount of pheromone Y per application’. And if I couldn’t find the facts at the store, I could always find them here on this forum. ---

I have learned so much about andostrenone and andosterone, and the differences between the two, recently, which has given me much to think about. Because in many respects I have this alpha vibe, but it doesn’t translate into the success with women that I’d like. I may be quite an “andosteronal” type already: I’ll be sure to take it easy with the A314 at first. The type of alpha vibe I put out is one where people ask me for advice, and act on the advice given, one where people recognise me as an authority on several matters, one where I know the very smallest courtesy, favour or compliment from me can absolutely make someone’s day, as it is delivered as coming from a high status individual. Well, so far it appears I can add a controlled Dionysian dissonance to the Apollonian harmony that characterises my aura with Turn Up The Heat, and a higher harmonic, one of fun and lightness, with Instant Openness 🙂. It will also be very interesting to apply [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) if I’m feeling out of sorts sometime, see if I “become myself” again. Instant Gentleman - sort of a ‘light blue’ if I’m waxing synaesthesic. Instant Openness reminds me of a light green, and Turn Up The Heat of both red and a deep, almost black, shade of purple. ---

Well, I had to take care of some business today in a reasonably busy and well-populated conurbation, so I decided to combine it with more experiments. 2 sprays of Turn Up The Heat and 2 [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). My first mix. Yeah I know, not very businesslike 🙂 The first 30 minutes I didn’t get any self-effects; I was just thinking “OMG I stink”. Then the Turn Up The Heat kicked in. I felt the Instant Openness kick in after maybe an hour. I like this mix. Maybe give it another spray of Instant Openness next time. Nothing really outstanding in the “hits from other people” department, be they positive or negative. But I was sure having fun. It was a bad-weather day again, which has probably made people a bit more insular and gloomy. _[addendum: A police car drove past me, this is when I first started feeling the Turn Up The Heat effect, and I got that weird, self-consciously paranoid sort of feeling, haven’t had that since I was a teenager, LOL]_ I noticed that I was feeling very impatient, while waiting in the queue for the cash machine and things like that. But, strangely, I could quite easily dispel the impatience just by an act of will. Knowing what is most likely the strongest contributory factor to the impatience and then being able to change state is weird, but very useful! There was a woman standing on the street outside a shop smoking a cigarette, quite pretty too. I wasn’t after sarging her or anything, just flexing my social skills, and I felt well up for the approach. Had I got the slightest eye contact from her, I would have opened - I was feeling very confident. However, that EC wasn’t forthcoming - she seemed to look elsewhere rather pointedly. How very British 🙄 I picked up a couple of aromatherapy oils from a pharmacy too, I got ylang ylang, easier to type than to pronounce 🙂, and frankincense. Yeah, they’ll mask anything LOL. So I slapped some of the ylang ylang on myself. (If anyone else is reading this: firstly, thanks for reading. Secondly, I just apply the oils directly to my skin - which you’re _not supposed to do_ - but I don’t get any adverse effects from it. Your mileage may vary). _[addendum: [this thread about mixing oils and sprays](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/oil-vs-spray/13011) is very informative]_ Well, I smelt pretty good after this, and I was basking in my own fragrance… I actually prefer these EOs to cologne or anything like that myself, I like some unusual scents, and it’s like an olfactory ‘peacocking’ effect. Returning to my home town, I had a conversation with an old bloke I know that was quite unusual in how long it went on, we just say ‘hello’ to each other usually. Now that is quite interesting. _[addendum: I am pleased that so far, wearing the TUTH doesn’t seem to make me an antagonistic figure to dogs. I usually get on with dogs - indeed, I’m hoping to bump into some hot chick out walking a dog at some point soon (ideal opener!) - and there has been no hostility from the canine population so far.]_ The willingness to approach I felt before - well I am feeling pretty pleased about that. I have always had pretty good social skills, but the TUTH/IO - probably more the IO - seem to have lifted them over a certain threshold today. And it’s a non-linear system as well, where crossing this threshold will help me network like a pro if this keeps up. I know people say the self-effects wear off, or maybe they just get used to them? So that the initial rush of extra social competence becomes a new baseline level that doesn’t seem unusual to the wearer. Anyway, the additional cover scents are going to help loads with my proximity issues as well, LOL. ---

Thanks Renny, I sure have experienced some interesting things recently! I need to make a proper plan to get to some social event this weekend I think, somewhere with a high density of people (especially female people 🙂). A live music event would suit me just fine, I’m scanning the local event listings right now… I just got my notification from Androtics that my A314 and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) have been dispatched. The great reviews for Instant Shine are coming in thick and fast on this forum, which is fuelling my anticipation that much more. And, of course, A314 is highly recommended by everyone on the men’s forum; I understand that it is a more subtle effect because of its oil-based nature, now I’ve experienced some quite literally ‘Instant’ dramatic effects, I trust Androtics to come up with the goods when they say they have “respect in a bottle”. Given that it seems to be rainy season in the UK, I hope that maybe I can be that guy who gives people around him a bit of a lift. A lot of people are a bit morose at the minute; I must be hearing “Where’s the summer gone?”, and more expletive-filled variations thereof, at least ten times a day whenever I venture out. ---

Um yeah, in brief, I had a 2:3:4 Turn Up The Heat / [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) / Instant Openness tryout the other day, and generally experienced a broad-spectrum lift in my social vibing with just about everyone. Yeah, it was awesome. And my A314 tryout of yesterday: well I actually experienced some quite _blatant_ hits in the form of being the center of attention, and the “main man”. Even when reports here have largely suggested that the A314 effect would be more subtle and a slow builder. So I wasn’t expecting dramatic effects, but I did get them. I think again that this is because I have been given that little push over a non-linear threshold by the A314. BTW: A314 smells quite nice to me. ---

Oh hi journal. Been pretty busy recently, so I’ll supply more brief details of how things have been going: A314 (2 drops): Yes, quite similar to [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), and quite congruent with my existing personality again, but also subtle differences: I have noticed a lot of people mirroring my body language and posture while wearing this, which can only be a good thing. Also, looks, people paying attention to my conversation from some distance away, etc. I’m glad to say that my closer friends were not intimidated when I wore A314; I would have hated that. Instant Shine (2 sprays): Again… well I have to say, the environment (weather) has been absolutely crap here in the UK. Nevertheless, I had fun with this spray! Just had a laugh with some coffee-shop workers who I kind of know to chat to a bit, and DHVd to… well they were old ladies. They thought I was da bomb 🙂 I am looking forward to encountering some ladies closer to my own age while wearing this product. _[Addendum: It is said that Instant Shine reduces personal space. Well I can certainly say that one of the old ladies in particular was leaning in towards me and quite comfortable being about 12 inches away. We were actually collaborating on one of those word puzzles in a magazine.]_ Turn Up The Heat OD (3 sprays): LOL I did OD on 3 sprays of Turn Up The Heat. aaaarrgh… I think I may fit the bill for someone who might produce a lot of 'none naturally, so that extra 1 spray was the final straw. Thanks to Shubhodeep and Iamstretchypanda for advice and support. It’s good to hear from people who’ve been there too. What an insane and frustrating experience. I guess context matters a great deal too: what may be an OD in one environment may not be in another. Instant Shine, Instant Openness and A314 (2 of each): I was probably still very redolent of TUTH too, the next day: well - more terrible weather shenanigans meant that people were going about heads down bracing themselves against the wind and the rain.My spirits were lifted though, from the self effects, after the previous evenings debacle, and that’s a good thing 🙂 ---

Hey, I tested out my to-go of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) today (I gave it 3 sprays to the neck) - I simply had to see if it would have any depressing side effects like some people have warned about. Well, it didn’t seem to, I did feel a bit more introverted though, probably nothing that adding a couple of sprays of Instant Shine to the mix couldn’t fix. I was a bit more impatient when things didn’t go my way, like when I pressed a wrong button on my mobile phone or something, but not depressed as such. I certainly wasn’t outgoing though. This stuff really does need some Instant Shine and/or Openness, my Instant Gentleman would give me that oomph too I’m sure. No hits off females to report though. BAWWWW! (j/k) Although a _guy_ I kind of say hello to on the street stopped to chat a bit longer than usual. ---

I have no Ammo, but I do have some A314 and Turn Up The Heat. So I was thinking of layering [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) over the TUTH. If IFM is like catnip to my target women, they’ll be drawn to the layered area and can’t help but get a load of the TUTH as well 😉 I’m quite keen on the idea of Instant Shine drawing people - well girls particularly - physically closer too. That will help with delivering the rest of the pheromonal payload 😃 Like I say in my previous Instant Shine trial, the old lady was actually well comfortable being like 12 inches away from me. I need to test this out on some younger ladies! Ho ho, my wicked plan is gradually forming… ---

LOL, I’m thinking of getting yet more goodies from Androtics already! I shall have to wait a month or two however before I do, and I do have lots to play with already… then there’s the myriad permutations of 'em all. To be specific I am getting quite intrigued by the reports with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), by both the men and the women. I could see some uses for that… Oh, 360addict, it says in your sig that you have some Instant Honesty **Extreme**. Is that the 4x stuff? LOL I might get some of that, no point doing things by half. I don’t suppose it’s like -none where you can really antagonise folk by ODing on it. May get a full sized IG - I like this spray a lot. I see that Androtics have like pure alphanol and betanol sprays for sale. Given that Spaceland (which intrigues me too; I might grab me a to-go of that for the lolz) is largely based on a mega-dose of alphanol, surely one could largely replicate the Spaceland effect with, say, a blast of 50mcg/spray ExperiMone alphanol. Albeit that there are some little tweaks made to the Spaceland formula. So what would an analogous betanol type effect with the pure betanol sprays be like? You know, I might just be crazy enough to try it ho ho… ---

(3x A314, 4x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), 2x [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), 1x [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) and 2x [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/)) I failed to get any IOIs from the ladies last night (bar with live music) and felt a bit crap - but there were many positives to the night… I should journal it soon \*\*_. But I had to remind myself that I was experimenting. In retrospect, maybe the 3 drops of A314 was a bit much - I did get lots of deferential body language, etc., from guys. And I wasn’t even being terribly congruent, it was weird. But there were some hot chicks there… and damn! PART of me feels bad still. But that’s just part of me, other “parts” think OMG! I actually did some pretty good things last night. I entertained my friends by being the funny guy. I realised I can be alpha even without trying. Precious few attempts for sillage or even mingling: the place was totally packed. I should say I had little problem cutting my way through the crowd, what with the A314 I guess._ ---

_this is copy/pasted from the men’s forum - a thread on [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/)_ OK, today… there is a lady I know who hasn’t been too well recently, so I did 2x A314 (neck), 2x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (neck & chest) and 4x [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) (2 of those to hair, 2 to chest), and went out to meet her. Well, the drops of A314 came out a bit differentially-sized: I think I actually put on 3 drops! The reasoning behind the A314 is I wanted to like, not order her to feel good as such(!), but kind of convey that she should, from an authoritative vantage point. I added even more [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) (2 sprays) later on during our day together, and added a spray of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). Seemed to have a great effect on her mood. So I think I did some good actually. And I got hits off strangers too; women standing not too far away were staring at me and listening to my every word. I have good peripheral vision to spot these things LOL. * * * But OMG the A314-rush at first! I think, like I say, I put the equivalent of 3 drops on. Which I have done once before, but, this time, for the first hour I felt like, er, Darth Vader or something… luckily this had settled down by the time I met my friend. **Commentary: OK, I’m trying to make myself into almost a kind of human placebo with this mission, I guess, to help in any way I can. _copy/pasted from the men’s forum - Beta-androstenol report_ My third order came in, a couple of experimones (beta-androstenol @ 10mcg, [Androstadienone](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/molecule-a/) @ 5mcg) and something from the [putative](https://a314.com/) menu (P79 @ 2.5mcg) and - wahey! - a lovely freebie of to-go [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) (@ 10mcg) too `http://www.pheromonetalk.com/../images/smilies/smile.gif` , which I’ve been reading up on. So I first sprayed two sprays of (regular) [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to the sides of my neck and then added to each side a spray of betanol; thinking that the high alphanol and fragrance in the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) might prime the betanol a bit, and trying to get a handle on the difference from [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) alone. I sprayed a third spray of betanol to my throat, and rubbed some on my hand so I could smell it raw and unadulterated during the day. The smell. This is gonna sound weird, but it is like a “non-smell” to me, I mean I don’t smell anything, but I sniff at it and something happens, and it’s something associational. It is reminding me of a whole Gestalt of things that is quite hard for me to pin down at the moment, but the memory/state clearly goes way back to when I was a child, and it is nice. I’m getting a feeling very much like my first ever [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) tryout (which was my first ever phero-tryout), but more mellow, for sure. Strikingly similar is the organic, but not unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth, and the feeling of being pulled in two directions. What I mean by the latter is: I’m keen to go out and mingle to check things out, but I’ve been playing music while getting ready, which is starting to sound really awesome, and I also want to stop and listen to more! These things I remember vividly from my first [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) experience. More self-effects: once I’m outside I’m constantly thinking “Do I know him/her? He/she reminds me of somebody…” - everyone seemed familiar. I went to the usual coffee shop, to a rather deserted pub and just walked around the park again: I did get smiled at by a few women in the street, in a way that gives me slight pause. It seems like they initiated the eye contact and smiling rather than me. And we’re talking like split-second differences in timing, but these, I think, are significant in nonverbal terms. And I chatted to a few friends, but nothing out of the ordinary there that I spotted. Ummm… I felt a bit naked actually without any A314 on (I’ve been wearing at least 1 drop per day for the past week)… But still, I do like this particular vibe `http://www.pheromonetalk.com/../images/smilies/smile.gif` . I would like it if the strange “non-smell” was as evocative for others as it is for me, and in a good way too. That’d give me a heck of a leverage with anything from sarging to business applications to just making people feel good. I meant to isolation test this one today. And I will soon, for sure. But something had happened to piss me off slightly today, so I reached for the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (regular strength) to make sure I had a good feeling. 2 sprays to the throat area. Oh, and I wiped my hand on my P74ed neck before applying the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). The combo is awesome, I have to say 🙂 Firstly, my opinion is that this combo is in some ways fairly similar to the standalone [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). In actual fact, I’m thinking this combo is to [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) what [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is to A314, so: A314 -\> [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) -\> [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/)/Instant Shine in increasing order of… er, warmth, soft-edged-ness, fuzziness, or something. There is not really an intrinsically alpha vibe to it at all, as such. BUT, this combo seems very flexible: if you want to portray an alpha vibe it will help. If you want to portray a harmless and fun vibe it is good for that too. OK, so at the coffee shop I see a girl who works at a site I sometimes work at doing IT maintenance. So I have spoken to her a bit, in fact I think I accidentally intimidated her a bit somehow once (before I got into this phero business) but that’s a different story. So I approached, not a cold approach since I already kind of know her, but a stylish and fairly confident approach all the same, I like to think 🙂 The confidence from the combo is again “playful” instead of “alpha”, but not quite like androstenol either. I do a classic approach, DHV and get out sequence, the good thing is it’s all genuine, a “true time constraint” instead of a false one like in Mystery Method: I have calls to make to people to arrange a party this weekend. This girl won’t be there - different social circles, but I have conveyed some cool stuff in 10 minutes I think, things to do, parties to arrange, etc. Whoever said [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) gets you invited to parties is scarily right on: later on I bumped into two girls, one of whom I know and her friend. I am invited to another party happening soon. At the pub I am pretty sure that the barmaid has given me a look that wasn’t actually strictly necessary, too. I mean she knew I was there, and she was serving another customer, and she looked over at me for one second while fixing the drink for the other customer… I dunno really, it was a bit odd but nothing definite 😕. Later on, she is also standing in an odd hands-on-hips stance where I can see her - again that exaggerated body language thing I’ve been seeing from people recently. But it could have been for someone else’s benefit. And I chatted to several other people at the pub (couples and families) who were nice and friendly… It has given me way more confidence than just [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) alone, I think. And in that funny sort of way that you can pitch yourself just right, without either coming across as too alpha or too beta. In fact, it reminded me of the time I saw this guy, who was almost certainly gay, approach some women in the street and just start chatting away. There is a different type of rapport that can be struck, not quite the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) kind, that I observed this gay guy was very good at. There is something friendly, non-threatening and warm about the [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/)/Instant Shine combo that seems similar.
