I agree about the 20 mcg, as this thread below illustrates all too well. In only female company, it matters less. In mixed company…well..there’s always that alleged 5% of the world male population that is gay. I tend to go 3+ drops of 314 and 1 sp. TUTH. Getting hard to make sense of store stocks. T U T H is now in (I think) but all the 314 is out, sprays and oil. I think they have it, but the listings aren’t updated. _See what I get_ for recommending them.
