Don’t eat packaged snack food of any kind. Don’t eat processed sugar. Don’t drink whiskey and crap like that…wine/and a little beer is ok.

Stay away from processed meat products e.g. beef jerky, bologna and anything with pork in it, (roast beef, roast turkey, roast chicken, fish are ok for lunch meat products)

If you need to snack…eat fresh fruit, nuts or dried fruit that has nothing added to it, natural peanut butter (nothing in it but peanuts and salt)…etc…don’t eat shellfish, catfish, shark, squid, octopus or any water/swimming thing that does not have scales.

Don’t eat pork or any animal that does not have split hooves and chew the “cud”…(ruminates). Don’t eat any animal that has a paw (like a bear or raccoon, squirrel etc…(cottontail rabbits are ok…and that’s the only rabbit that is ok to eat)…canned food will kill you, if you don’t have anything else to eat, then eat it…otherwise stay away from it.

If you have to buy veggies and fruit that are not fresh…buy the frozen kind that dont have anything added to them…don’t cook in veggie oil…use olive oil, your grill, oven or microwave.

Eat and drink everything in moderation…walk no less than 20 to 30 minutes per day…after a while, you’ll want to do more…you’ll stay thin and healthy…don’t think about eating so much…just eat the right things…You will be amazed at how much better you feel after a few weeks.

Fake sweeteners make you fat…When you drink or eat something sweet that has no calories in it, your body looks for whatever it is that you have just consumed so that it can turn it into brain food or muscle energy…when it does not find anything…as is the case with a diet coke or whatever…your body will begin to store extra fat…you WILL get fat eating and drinking diet crap…fake sweeteners were originally invented for people with diabetes…people who do not have diabetes should not consume fake sweets…

Corn syrup will also put the lbs on you and so will margarine, mayonnaise and blah…blah…blah…

This is not a diet (per se)…this is how everyone should eat on a daily basis for their entire life…MOst people that go on “diets”…eventually go off the diet and gain back all the weight they lost and more. If people would get used to eating the stuff they are supposed to eat and stay away from the crap…it would become second nature and going on and off a diet would not be necessary…

some people can eat correctly, exercise and still be overweight…that’s just the way some of us are built…they should not kill themselves trying to lose weight because the television or some magazine or some idiot so-called health official tells the public that a person of a specific height should weigh no more that a specific weight…it does not work like that…we cant be lumped into groups or categories like that…pay attention to those scales and you will discover that there are several different schools of thought concerning height/weight proportions and lmost of them change every few years…😮

I get a kick out of watching what marketers do for corporations with stuff that is not selling well on the market or for new products…or at least so called new products…whatever it is suddenly becomes THE new health product that is going to help people reduce cholesterol (Sp?) and heart attacks and cancer and clear our skin up and give us whiter teeth…better memory…more stamina…blah…blah…blah… SNAKE OIL merchants…blood suckers…I do a lot of research before buying anything and when I finally do buy some “new” product…I buy it in small test size quantities so I dont get too taken advantage of…if it works and I like it…I may buy a little more…depending on the price…

That’s my two coins worth of input.

A product that has worked wonders for me in the colon cleansing selection is Colonix [Colon Cleansing, Constipation, IBS, Colonix, Cleanse, Detox – Online Resource](http://www.drnatura.com). It works great. I have tried many different fibers, and nothing else comes close. The paranil is also fantastic. To answer a couple of questions: No, you will not get parasites like you saw on their home-site. That is a severe case of somebody who got food poisoning while vacationing in the Carribean. You will pass parasites, though. Don’t worry, you will not feel them passing through your stool, and if you’re paranoid about seeing them, then just resist the temptation to look. They will be there, though. Trust me. Also, you will feel awesome after using this product after a month or so that you may stick with it as a daily supplement. I have been using Colonix for 2 years now, and haven’t felt better.

Also, if your on the Atkins diet, make sure you intake plenty of Omega 3, 6, 9 - Fish oil, Flaxseed, CLA, Olive Oil, and Cocoanut Oil are all great sources for EFA’s. They will help prevent muscle loss, and your body will utilize the EFA’s for the loss in carbs. Also, I wouldn’t go past 2 weeks without introducing some carbs back into your diet. My usual routine is 2 weeks on the Keto diet, and 1 week off. Try to reward yourself with a snack while on the diet, so you do not gourge yourself while off of it due to cravings. It has worked for me so far. I usually lose anywhere between 5-10 lbs every 2 weeks that I am on the diet, and I don’t have much time for excerise.

If any of you have any suggestions or corrections to my current plan, please do correct or add on. Thanks. 🙂

Agree with oldman completly, although why dont you eat pork?

I always find myself while queing up while food shopping and looking at the person and then look at what they buy… just by looking at the food in there trolly you can guess what there going to be like most of the time…

I also see foods as empty carbs (cakes, chocolate etc), good carbs (potatoes, brown rice etc), protain and so on… sooo much food in shops is just bad carbs.. how can companys have a “healthy” range of low fat cakes when there just bad carbs which will turn into fat…😕 not saying in dont eat fatty foods or chocolate but its all in moderation..

Nice job mindset.

I do Atkins too as stated earlier albeit a bit different from you. I only stay in induction for 2 weeks, gt that Ketosis going strong then gradually add certain carbs, like fiber and veggies back into it. I’m a big salad fan, cucumbers, avocado, peppers, natural good healthy food.

I always take supplements like Cold Water Salmon Oil and CLA.

I’m doing great with it.

Exercises: Tons of crunches.

Pork “The other White Meat”, or swine, are scavengers. A pigs body does not sweat or rid itself of the impurities that it consumes. When we consume Pork we are consuming everything that it has eaten in it’s lifetime, including the stuff that the pig itself is plagued with…Pigs carry trichinosis, a worm like parasite that can kill a human. In addition to all the other impurities within swine flesh; people are supposed to eat as little fat as possible…most domestic animals have a lot of fat “marbled” within the meat itself…(not just surrounding the meat) these days because of how they are raised and what they eat…we can’t help most of that because there are a lot of people in the world today and we all have to eat. Pork has more fat and grease within the meat itself than any other animal. Fat is where most impurities are stored.

A catfish does not have scales because it is a fish designed to absorb the impurities from the water that it lives in. Catfish are scavengers as well…a flathead catfish does not eat as many dead rotten things as the others but it is still a scavenger.

Octopus, Squid, Shark, crabs, lobster, oysters, clams etc, are scavengers. Compare how lobsters and shellfish smell when they are fresh to how a tuna or other scaled fish smells when it is fresh. The lobster, crab and shellfish stink in comparison.

My stepson visits his Biological Father two to three times per year. Biological Dad lives in Fresno. Without fail, stepson returns home swollen and puffy and will have gained weight…He gained over 25 lbs in one six week visit last summer. One of the main meats that biological Dad likes to eat and grill is Pork…ribs, pork chops, pork roast, bacon, sausage…PORK…he is also a squid, octopus, shellfish eater…It takes about three months after returning home for stepson to get his system cleaned out and drop the weight after each of his visits.

Most animals with paws (bear, raccoon, squirrel, opossum, all rabbits except the cottontail rabbit, cats, dogs, chipmunks rats, mice, and more)animals that do not chew the cud and have a split hoof, are scavengers and/or are not fit to eat. When we eat that kind of animal, we are consuming what they have eaten…pigs will kill and eat their own babies and they will eat dead rotten things…I don’t care what the government or the people selling pigs tell us…Pork is not healthy in any form…using pork fat to cook in, is not healthy…using most veggie oils to cook in is not healthy…it will make you fat, clog your arteries, give you a stroke or heat attack…before it does all of that, it will just make you feel like crap…

it’s a little of everything… you have to have the right psychology, full determination, and knowing that as your body changes you must go through difficult mental and metabolic adjustments… there’s a kind of rigorousness to being in good shape (more than just exercised to death or starved to a toothpick) that is a holistic body/mind synergy… being couch potatoed is a frame of mind…😮

So true. You really have to work on your mind first. I tried dieting and exercises many times and failed. Then I made up my mind to do what ever it takes to change my life for me.

I started by reading self help and it just snowballed from there. Without the mindset you can do everything you want but it just doesn’t work out.

I struggle daily, but it makes me all the stronger.

I totally agree. When I first started weigh-training, one of the things I noticed and appreciate most, was just being very very aware of my body. I started noticing what foods made me feel what way, how heavy exercise changed my sleep patterns, my eating, my posture, etc, what effect hormonal shifts had on training/diet/cravings/, whether i was holding water on any given day, and why that may be…it really was mindblowing. I couldn’t believe i’d spent so much of my life essentially sleepwalking with no self-awareness.

I never tried the toxinout program, but I did try the toxinout veggie caps. The toxinout veggie caps didn’t do much for me considering I’ve been using colonix for 2 years now, and I am eating healthier while taking supplements that are generally responsible for removing heavy metals on their own (spirulina and chlorella). I can definately attest to the synergy between the colonix fiber, and the paranil - I really don’t think the kleritea is necessary, thus I don’t order the whole program, but it may be for a first timer. I can’t really say Toxinout didn’t work, but I didn’t notice much of a difference while using it.

The more good probiotics I experiment with, the more I think the intestines must be absorbing funky (as in longer chain fatty acids) or noxious substances and putting them in the bloodstream, having what ??? total effect on the health ?

After getting serious about this I distictly notice my sweat has gone from a sharp unpleasant, almost bitter note, particularly in a t-shirt worn more than 24 hours, to a much softer, barely noticable, almost light pheromone like quality… this is probably because the digestive process is generating 6,7, and 8 carbon fatty acids that give that pitty, footy stank to man BO, and the stronger probiotic bacteria are cleaving these into shorter chains that may metabolize much more efficiently…

So there’s an immediate social payoff there… also it is know that the intestines are a major site of steroid hormone transformation, so I also think it’s safe to assume that excess testosterone and estradiol are changed by gut bacteria, and some of that will re-absorb and be excreted on the skin… as [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) ?

The wildest conclusion is that possibly one’s social reception (as mediated by perceived odors and hormonal byproducts) may be shaped by one’s gut bacteria ? Maybe people who eat a load of junk food start losing their social edge because they no longer generate the right hormonal products, causing them to be less social, causing them to eat more garbage ?

Weird thought, no ?

No, not weired.

My answer is: It’s all connected.

Social perception to [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) production, pheromone production to hormone production, hormone production to the immune system, the immune system to those amazing inhabitants of our intestines we still know so little about. But we know that the gut bacteria pupulation changes when we experience stress, like social stress… and so the loop is closed.

I have heard from my allergy specialist that each person’s mix of gut bacteria reflects their immune system makeup Perhaps this is another route for pheromonal expression of genotype?

the collection is growing rapidly… a clear winner is Lactobacillus Rhamnosus… because it can metabolize sugars well it inherently reduces intestinal gas, which can strain the gut. Rhamnosi also confer a high degree of soothing protection of the intestine… so more formulae are L. Rhamnosus based… there are increased uses of L. Plantarum as well, some Plantarum strains are better than others, and a variety of soil based organisms, B. subtilis, etc… my feeling is that combined high stress urban life, which encourages energy jolting foods and beverages, and low exposure to earths, clays, dense ecosystems, badly depletes the complexity of this “internal bioreactor” and some research indicated that this in turn up-regulates physically destructive factors like NF-Kappa Beta, which bring about degenerative aging syndromes… If I were a CEO of any corporation, I’d be issuing probiotics as part of a health program… has anyone noticed how many digestive problems are associated with office tower jobs ? And how digestive problems seem to correlate with cardio-vascular disease ? Its a destructive loop… health declines, decision quality and general judgement degrades, more sugar, junk food, and stimulants during the day to regain energy, more alcohol at night to relax, health declines more, turn pudding faced and ugly, can’t find love, drink and pig out more, get sacked, retire to country, diet back to normal, health returns, wonder why one went through all of that …😮

Its a destructive loop… health declines, decision quality and general judgement degrades, more sugar, junk food, and stimulants during the day to regain energy, more alcohol at night to relax, health declines more, turn pudding faced and ugly, can’t find love, drink and pig out more, get sacked, retire to country, diet back to normal, health returns, wonder why one went through all of that …😮

also, how about the tacitus guide to life extension and better living more generally… somebody should go thru and compile your posts on various topics, asf style 😉

Mindset, I have been using Colonix for a couple of days now and the effects are obvious. I am pretty amazed.

For those two years of continuous usage, have you been using the powder, capsules and tea or only the powder for maintenance?
