Dial Magnetic advertises “pheromone infused” as I recall. Axe ads indicate pheromonal affects, I think. I don’t pay too much attention to the marketing hype. Obviously, it makes for good press coverage, nonetheless.

Sadly what so many of the males of all ages fail to recognize is that the phthalate used in these products actually have a testosterone lowering effect, and the xenohormones in many products can act like estrogen in the body.

A chemical that makes plastics softer and more malleable also used with many perfumes and colognes to make the fragrance stick to you.

Not every time but cumulatively over time you can. Have you ever heard the expression “you’re half the man your grandfather was”? It’s true, many studies have shown that in the past 50-75 years mens levels of both testosterone and sperm production have decreased almost to the ballpark of 50% of what it was just after WWII. Cosmetics, artificial food additives, and houshold cleaning products are the biggest factors.

I would imagine trying to reduce the use of products in your daily life that contain these chemicals would help. Working out, reducing your bodyfat and making certain dietary changes have been shown to raise test levels and certain nutrients like zinc and magnesium have been shown to support healthy testosterone production. Some vegetables like broccoli contain indol 3 carbinol which can act as an anti estrogen in the body, allowing for higher test production. And of course you have the myriad of herbal products that claim to help raise test levels like tribulous and ashwaganda
