Did you ever repeat the androsterone experiment?

You wrote it made you irritable with your kids. I think I get a little of that effect, although with me it’s sort of an expectation of higher standards from people. An urge to order people around and arrange things. I suppose having a couple of little ones around my feet in that situation would result in me barking orders drill sergeant style… “Sit down! Back straight! Cereal bowls at the ready! Pre-seeeent _spoons!_ Chew, swallow! Chew, swallow!..” 🙂

Hey Tezza!
No I have not experimented any further with Androsterone yet. I will, though. Hopefully soon.

Life has just been too crazy lately to allow for this lovely hobby. It’s a long story, but for personal reasons and for health reasons I had to take a little hiatus. Now I’m only dealing with one health issue, which hopefully will be resolved on the 5th with some minor surgery. Time to get back in the saddle!

Reps for the lovely demonstration of how to properly feed children breakfast. Hilarious!

Back to testing out Androsterone. I have to admit I was a little nervous. I really did not want a repeat of the last performance. I felt so out of control and hyper sensitive to emotional stimuli.

I was tempted to do a self-test when I was totally alone, but I did not. I decided to test during a normal every day situation and not insulate myself. I didn’t want my results to be skewed by not having the same sorts of stimuli. After all, my life is spent mostly in the company of small children. Testing -rone to see if I get the same responses would only work if there were children around to supply what was so overwhelming to me during my last test.

**Product:** Androsterone
**Application:** 50 [Microgram - Wikipedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microgram) mcg to neck
**Self Effects** : First off, I am pleased to announce that I did NOT have the same sorts of reactions. I did not have a panic attack, I did not get extremely irritable. Looking back I can see that I was much more short and abrupt in my verbal responses to others. I also had ZERO patience for children moving slowly, which is not good. Anyone who had ever been in the company of children knows that as soon as you want them to hurry, it’s as if their feet have glue on the bottoms. They are suddenly slow-mo.

I also had no patience for the cashier at the grocery store. I suppose she was only being friendly, but the chitchat made me crazy. I had no patience for the old man who pulled out in front of me. I am not given to road rage, am almost always willing to give others the benefit of the doubt, and generally try to be a peacemaker. But I laid on my horn and got steaming mad at that poor guy. My kids thought this was hilarious, hopefully just because its out of character.

My observations from this test are hopeful to say the least. I seem to have a ‘don’t-care-ness’ about me when I use androsterone. Not that I don’t care about others, just that I don’t care what they think about me. Or at least not as much.

I think 50 mcg might be more than I can use, but my -rone is 50mcg/spray. If anyone has some that is less concentrated I’d be willing to trade.

Interesting that you report that I-don’t-care-ness. And the focus on your “mission”. Both are fairly typically masculine characteristics, it seems to me (from my subjective experience of being a guy). Women seem to be more aware of what others think of them than many guys do, and certainly more aware of that than I ever am. That focus on “mission”, on getting the job done, and ignoring everything else is also very typically male (and something that I find is accentuated by [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and A314). That’s true even if the “mission” is just going to the supermarket to buy disposable razors. 🙂 Women seem to usually be more “in the moment” so they will be more willing to chit-chat and browse, whereas guys will shop like a commando raid 🙂

50mcg does seem like a lot, perhaps try a half-spray see how you go.

I’m back to bragging on [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It is really a miracle cure for bad moods and general unsettledness.

I had surgery yesterday, and came home in a lot of pain. Instant Shine, baby! It didn’t dull the pain, I had to have real pain meds for that, but it sure brightened up my mood so that I didn’t care so much about the pain.

When I finally got home, all my children were nervous and frightened. It’s not every day that Mommy goes to the hospital, after all. Grandma is wonderful, but I guess there’s just no substitute for Mom. Anywhoo, they just all wanted to crawl on me, which isn’t allowed, and were full of fearful questions. After being exposed to IS on me for a few minutes, they all calmed down A LOT. Smiles started to reappear, little people were content to cooperate about sitting _next_ to me, not _on top of_ me. Just general happiness booster.

**Application:** Instant Shine, 1 spray, 4x strength
