I made a joke later, but they didnt laugh haha i was nervous too, but I tried. Was at the college gym and felt a young white girl glancing at me, i was going to approach, but I chickened out. Another friendly hit from AMMO world maybe? I was doing dumbell inclines and it was just too heavy for me, a guy that I have seen before offered to help me. Afterwards we talked, he was a cool dude. Didnt know he was so friendly. ---

No worry mate, personally i think two spray of ammo is too much for the day and nearing on my max for night time use. I stick to a314 and also use It to go out.. Considering your weightlifting that is going to make u produce more enone, as well as celery… Your verging on od’ing I reckon and will mainly get couger hits, although the closer you go to the equator the more they like enone it seems. I would wear ammo in the day if on a date or one spray with heavy socials which I top up or replenish every 3-5 hours. If you use one spray summer ammo and two shine that would be good. I believe p130 is in summer ammo and it goes great with shine, both open hp all age groups and buffer the enone. ---

I believed in it a while back, but I went to a dance with a whole weeks worth of celery in my system and didnt get any hits plus I got rejected bad by a girl. How much celery do you eat Von? I ate a whole pack of celery Last week I’m off and on it I haven’t gone out purely on the celery but would eat a bunch before I went out if only rocking erone pheros. It would be a good thing to eat with a girl instead of spraying tuth in her face. I totally do not bank on celerys effectiveness but have read it does work. Just smile in the face of rejection and do not tell beautiful girls that they are… I get rejected all the time mate but I don’t care just sharpen your game… I’m finding writing all my phero experiences down useful as u can look back and see what u did, said or sprayed. ok went to the gym and school afterwords with one spray ammo world to my left wrist, nothing in the gym. I gave a girl a compliment about her piano skills being awesome and I was wrong, she wasnt playing at all, woops. I smiled at her and her face lit up followed by a beautiful smile from her haha it was funny, the whole time it was the teacher playing and not her, i didnt pay attention lol not sure if it was a hit, but her face seemed filled with joy. i talked to a classmate who i never talk too, he was hovering over my desk and was keeping the conversation, i tried talking being more social with people is a priority for me since im a recovering hardcore gamer who never gos out. once again i think ammo world is more friendly for me, regular ammo repelled some men from me in the past. I approached(I am a PUA-student) a hot asian girl, i had to run after her wich i thought was creepy haha but she was very warm to my approach, she smiled when i smiled. She was really nice, it hought she was going to tell me to fuck off lol hit? sadly she was married. I walked into another building and this receptionist @34-35 had too look at me twice with a smile on her face, i said hi first, the look she gave was a mini DIHL but not crazy. Didnt talk to her since she was staff and older than me, but maybe i should have anyway. ---

yesterday morning I realized how friendly ammo world has been for for me, i wore 1 spay to the side of my neck to work. My female boss was slightly more cheery around me,but my male co-worker didnt talk to me all day long. We share the same room. He blew me off bad, I like to think I know alot about fitness and nutrition and I was trying to give him advice, since he is not dieting or exercising to lose weight, he is taking some stuff called advacare wich im sure aint good for you. Anyways he just plain ignored my advice like “what the fuck do you know” Dont know if it was the ammo, cause he does this frequently. We have days where we are good friends and other day where he barely speaks to me, weirdo lol. went home for lunch and I finally got my instant shine! 2 sprays on my return to work. My female boss was more cheery and it was easier to make her laugh lol its hard to make her laugh usually. when I used instant shine in the past with my coworkers, they get so happy and laughing. instant shine is one of my favorites! My male coworker was still an asshole though. Taking a break today from pheros, made it a goal to use them wisely and avoid build up. Eager to see what mx297 does for me! ---

Went to some bars last light and had 2 sprays ammo on my neck 1 spray instant shine on my hair. I approached two big boobed latinas and it went mehhh I said a bunch of stupid things, with zero game and yet the girl still gave me her number and accepted to out for some coffee with me lol dont think she will show up. She did respond to my texts though wich surprised me. I couldnt build a conection with them at all, the conversation felt like an interview. I think the girl (Amanda) was trying to build something with me, she was asking me alot of questions, she was smiling at me too, i broke the touch barrier on her a few time and she didnt care at all hmmm I think ammo assisted my poor game last night, helped me hang in there. Went out dancing last night, kept it simple 2 spray ammo world to my neck. No stares, but i dance with a young girl with some big boobies. She was close to me and rubbing her breast on my chest. She didnt no how to dance either just like me, but we danced twice. After we danced the second time I invited her for a shot and she said okay, then she said im going for some water and she left me standing at the bar by myself ☹ I brought her the shots and she didnt know how to take them lol i showed her and then turned away and I asked her to dance again…“no, im tired right now” haha her body language flipped on me to cold. did 2 sprays shine for my brothers Easter party. Didnt notice anything right away, but later on everyone was smiling. They seemed to be glad i was there. I guess pheromones dont effect children too much. They were the same as always lol. This weekend gonna go after some latinas! 2 bars i know that have alot of them will be my spots. So far i think 1 spray ammo is my sweet spot along with 2 sprays shine. i ordered instant honesty, but ill probably save that. I will go for 1 spray tuth to side of neck let it dry, then spay 1 shot of ammo over that,just to be safe. Go for 2 sprays shine to my wrists and hope for the best. Ive used tuth alongside 2 sprays ammo before and I had alot of hits from the latinas, 1 DIHL as well. start low this time. They love high none supposedly, so looking foreword to this 😃 ---

wore 2 sprays shine with 1 spray ammo world to my wrist only at class tonight and i got some hits. first one i was sitting in class talking to the teacher when one girl tapped my desk to say hi to me 😮 okay she has been giving me the cold shoulder all semester long, i know her from my old math class we were good friends, but she started ignoring me since we began this class lol. next hit or maybe my imagination. this one girl (sister of the other girl) sat right next to me in class, she was already sitting in another spot, but she switched to sit next to me 😃 well some black girl always sits next to me, and this girl took her seat lol the teacher even mentioned,“hey you okay, i never seen you sit there before” i tried talking her, and she was nice, but i didnt want to try too hard and her body language was shut off somewhat. we took a break from class and i was going to see if my old teacher was around, as i turned a corner i saw a gorgeous latina omg she was a 10! she was knocking on the locked door to get inside class and i saw her, she made great eye contact with me and i returned eye contact as well with smile, and i instantly told her she was cute. went to the mall with my go-to mix: 1 spray ammo, 2 sprays Instant shine. I approached 1 latina walking fast (had to chase her) i couldn’t build a great connection conversation wise, here again i think maybe IH would benefit me, maybe ? she was very warm to my approach 😃, but she had a girlfriend wtf, she didnt look gay at all lol at first i didnt believe her, but i think she was honest with me. she was smiling alot and laughing at my stupid jokes, she kept refusing to give me her number because she was taken lol but i liked how warm she was with me 😃 ---

wow looking back, these pheromones do assist my game. I was rusty as hell getting back in the game,but I still ended up sitting with 2 latinas at a bar+plus got a number with ammo world. women Ive approached in the day have been very warm to me, not one has told me to fuck-off despite chasing after them lol. ammo+shine Definitely will keep buying them. tried 1 spray early in the morning of mx297, went to work and nothing. it was the same ole stuff with my coworkers. After work I was pumping gas at station and this somewhat attractive older lady talked to me about her car being messy from having so many kids lol I didnt think it was anything, maybe she was in a social mood idk ---

I like to think positive on this, she was in a relationship (i believed her), she was just surprised. I was mega confident(confidence is a must with approaching) and I believe I made her day at the least. Ive had 3 dates off the approach, so there is a skill involved as well. Im still a beginner. went out last night with 1 spray tuth, 1 spray ammo world over tuth, 2 sprays shine to sides of my hair, and 2 sprays IH to my wrist (although i was wearing a long sleeve shirt) was heading to the bars. i was invited to a family event at my local community college at the last minute, i was scared of this mix cause hostility, but nothing happened i was a ghost. My nephews were there lol nothing happened. Went to an irish bar and as i was approaching the bar the bouncer ask for my id, along with one of the waitresses. The waitress thought i didnt hear the bouncer and she instantly raised her voice at me “your ID please!” haha that was rude. She was caucasian, no hits at this bar. All white women at this bar. went to another bar and I think i was getting subtle looks from the latinas. Subtle looks, didnt approach any girl since there were big groups. last latino bar i went to i didnt get any looks, but i approached a group of 2 latinas. 1 girl was smoking hot (Adrianna) and 1 girl was a whale (Petra) I went over to talk to them with “I thought ya’ll were having the best time, so i had to come over” they burst out laughing and the whale instantly invited me to sit down (thats a first) the fat girl was asking me alot of questions. the hot girl was engaging me a lil bit. She told me something that got me by surprise as well as making feel like im making progress. Adrianna told me “so how are you like james bond, so confident 😃” I said “women like that right? (Smile on my face)” she said “Yes! absolutely! 🙂” lol sweet! I asked if the girls were single and of course the fat girl was single and the hot girl had a man, father of her twins. they started going cold on me, and i said i aint going to ask for the fat girls number lol so i bailed. They were a little surprised I left, it was a little to early. overall i like the compliment one girl gave me, but i wasnt making great conversation much. my big weakness is conversation. I took a shower after words, but i was having a weird ass dream, it was really bizarre. I think it was the pheros, this is the second time ive had bad dreams after a night of pheros. ---

just ordered IJ, Ive worn it once before when i went to the mall. I think i used 2 sprays IO along with that. I felt cocky/arrogant and i approached a cute young latina. tried 3 sprays mx 297 today at a bar and strip club. Nothing happened really, my friend was the same as always. some hotty at the bar took a long glance at me twice. my buddy thought she was checking me out. she had a boyfriend. went to strip club and i hit it off with a hot german stripper. she called me handsome right when i walked in haha im not an idiot, they only care about your money. I talked to her about germany, and how i think it is an awesome country, and would like to visit one day. I think she liked that lol maybe. I also asked the stripper if she used pheromones and she went 😮 lol she ask me how do i know that, you are smart.
