# OD help please.

ok I’ve brought this up before but no one really helped 🙂 I want to use Instant jerk, but 5 sprays of tuth seems like it would be an instant OD.. is this true?

also at what point does none generally begin ODing? 10mg? I remember seeming stevo have a mix that had like 20mg of none! so thats why I’m asking because I thought you’d OD way sooner then that, anyways cant anyone help

also, if I spray a [pheromone](https://a314.com/) to my chest let dry and then put a shirt on.. will it still effect me and others thru the shirt?
