# OD: is there a safe way for a newbie to use TUTH high strength?

i’ve recieved a bottle of TUTH high strangth off a friend, and have been told a strong version and can be bad, is there a safe way for a nubie to use this product? like a small amount in a certain area? Thanks

Double strength turn up the heat for your age is probably asking for an od. I’d suggest less than a full spray or even a ‘dab’ combined with friendly [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) like instant openness or instant honesty.

Reading the mens stickies and searching the forum for turn up the heat will give you a better idea of how to use it.

Sure. Dilute it to twice the volume with a cologne you like. Then start out with small doses, no more than a spray.

Do some reading up on none first. I suggest the “bootcamp” sticky at the top of the men’s forum.
