I sprayed 4 shots of IO on myself before work today and then 2-3 shots every 3 hours. I did not know what to expect. But reading that it is a [social pheromone](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) I did not expect anything bad to happen. Some people completely ignored me while others who knew me as a friend came closer and did open up to me a lot more. Is this just me or did I OD? Near the end of my day people began to back off and not talk to me as much. Tomorrow I am going to try just going with 4 sprays and running with that…or would that be an overdose as well? It is really dry where I live right now as well and I know that could have an effect on the dissolution. ---

Hi there! So how many shots did you use the whole day in total? Have you used IO before and noticed how people react? For me I use either two or three sprays of IO when I go out to class or work and it works fine either alone or when I use it with IG and IS. I read somewhere that -nols can decay into -nones after a certain time, so maybe thats why you’re getting OD effects. Don’t quote me I’m still pretty new to all this. 😃 ---

the entire day I used about… 4+2+3=8 in total. So I used 8 sprays. I have never used IO before this was my test run. ---

You dont OD on socials in the same manner as something like anone. The reaction is different. I would estimate you were wearing a total of 72 mcg of anol (you wore 9 sprays) which is high if you had worn it all at once. It can make people sort of zone out. With heavy anol people go two ways. Some get silly and feel high and others go inside themselves. You didnt wear it all at once and anol is a relitively fast diffuser (6 hours) so you should be fine although there may be some who are sensitive to that high amount. You mentioned its dry there so that could have slowed diffusion some. Now there is a small possiblity of conversion. Anol left on the skin with bacteria can convert to anone after a period of time. Harris designed it so it wouldnt convert as readily as lower quality anols but if you sprayed it in your pits or you were sweating a great deal some conversion could have occured. Unless you are in a very hot/humid envoronment, 3hrs is a bit early for a topup with IO. 4-6hrs is the more normal range there. OD isn’t quite the same woth IO/socials and 8 sprays over 8 hours isn’t a huge dose by any means but nols can get a bit giddy at higher doses and on repeated topups - so Im not surprised some would stand back from you. Did you have a headache/feel a bit drained yourself? That’s my indicatio for too much socials? ---

“OD” on IO = Verbal Diarrhea Does not make people avoid you. “OD” on IH = Verbal Diarrhea too However for people who are sensitive to betanol, some socials with more betanol than alphanol might cause emo-ness or mild ruminations of sorts. I doubt it’d happen with IO though. Since IO is spray form, it won’t last very long. Refresh the IO every 3-4 hours and you might see better results ---

I doubt it’d happen with IO though. I don’t know about that? I’ve found that people prone to shyness or reticence can withdraw from you when wearing IO. Sometimes after becoming quite ebulent initially. I’ve wondered if it is their own personality reacting against the encouragement provided by the IO and making them pull back? With these folk, IH/IS seems to be better accepted - Maybe the extra bonding/trusting feeling from the IH and the feelgood of IS helps them overcome their own hurdles? Or with exposure to something very socially engaging like [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/)/390 - That is brilliant for people with social hangups IME. ---

High doses of A-nol does make people react to you as if you´re kid that is going onto their nevers … You´re not going to be beaten .. but some harsh words you should expect … People stop to listen to you and do not react if you tell them something ! High A-nol becomes kinda repellent the higher you go … **Pago** ---

I used it again today at 4 sprays and it was very useful with a spray of ammo, it seems that it works very well at those doses instead haha. I guess I did OD on it earlier with 8 sprays in an 6 hour span ---
