So, I’ve never really tried IS by itself. I’ve always included it with at least 1 other pheromone. Today I felt that maybe I should try IS for it’s uplifting effects. And with my “more is better” theory (which I know doesn’t apply to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) but I figured IS is different) I went ahead and put 5 sprays on my neck. Within 15 minutes I felt a bit light-headed but nothing bad. 30-60 minutes later I had a serious case of irritability. I was driving more aggressively then usual (even though I was not late), I could not concentrate and I felt like I didn’t want to do anything. Even at the gym my workout really sucked because I took shortcuts on everything because I just wanted to go home. Very bad evening… I’m recovering now as some of it has started to go away, but no where tonight did I feel “happy”…that’s the last time I’ll try 5 sprays of IS haha ---

… interesting… is there TAF in [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) ? that’s the question I know that a high dose of TAF keeps restarting my brain and I forget what I’ve got to do, I cannot concentrate on anything, whereas a smaller dose is like Instant Male Magic. ---

Yes, according to a recent thread, there _is_ TAF in Shine. ---

I’ve never gotten any perceivable results positive or negative with IS. Pretty difficult to OD on plain air… However, TAA works much better for me and partners well with A314 and alpha androstenol mixes. My GF claims IS gives her a headache. ---

You might try spreading out your sprays, both physically and time wise. 5 shots at once to the neck might be the reason for OD (really hard to OD on IS). What concentration of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) are you using? ---

Try 3 sprays 1 on each side of neck 1 in the front and see what reaction you get; if you still have a negative reaction drop down to 2 sprays. There are some individuals that respond to a lower dose. I use what would amount to 4-6 sprays. Good luck. ---

I tried 2 sprays on the neck. It seems perfect for me! My night was sooo much different than the other night. I rarely use this term, but I felt giddy all night haha. To the point where I had to make a donation to Charity…thanks Androtics haha jk donations are good 🙂 ---

If you guys love IS you guys should try MX289 which is the test mix of IS with an added fixative to make it last longer, and it comes in x4 strength! ---

I just bought another bottle with my last order. Didn’t know it was stronger, but I know it really works well and lasts at least an hour to hour and a half longer than regular [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (at least for me, that is). ---

I’ve been using IS almost daily for the past couple of days. I love it! I’m afraid I’m going to develop some sort of psychological dependency on it where I will get depressed if I don’t wear it haha. Is that even possible?
