# Off and running!

**Molecule H -** 5 mcg  
**1 spray** : 1 split between wrists  
**Scent** : [Neroli - Wikipedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neroli) neroli  
**Environment:** lunch date with a friend  
**Self effects** : very similar to Instant Sexiness B. I felt calm, and sort of blah. Not unattractive exactly, but plain and not likely to draw any attention.

I got together with a friend for lunch, and after some small talk, he just began to pour out his heart. Told me about some things he’s struggling with, talked about work and how its not going so well right now, wanted to discuss issues with his family and recent disappointments. I felt like a therapist.

We are very close, and often sit and talk through things together, but this was different. It was as if he felt much more comfortable, and could be very transparent with me, at a new depth. He revealed a lot of emotion to me that previously he had held in reserve. Usually he is much more closed about how he feels, and tends to discuss the facts, rather than the underlying emotions.

Now I am going to go find out what mixes use Molecule H. I wonder if this is in [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)?
