Hi guys, I met a girl online and got her AIM and I added her. So from chatting with her, she is the kind that either sleeps in on weekends, or go out with friends to grab something to eat, or just play video games at a friend’s house. Basically, she is not the party type girl (don’t doubt her looks though guys 😃). So basically the whole conversation on AIM, I was doing most of the talking, and sometimes she’d respond in more detail when it’s like a topic she’s interested in, other times she’d just go “Right on”, “Ok”, yadayada. Now I’m not sure how to exactly chat and open her up since it’s online, and honestly, do you guys expect me to ask questions like “hey so what major are you in”, “is school difficult there?”, “what major are you?”… I mean these topics just bore me. When I chat online, it’s more freely so I’d do a little teasing and stuff and would also become a little impolite to speed up the process of our acquaintance. Please help me on how to deal with this type of shy (maybe not), stay at home girl. ---

I understand what you are saying but information like that is really kinda basic about a person - plus it tells you their interests and gives you another angle for conversations. At some point if you really want to get to know her you need to ask some deeper questions. Is the relationship - even online - about you being entertained or is it about establishing a relationship with someone else? You just have sound it out as you go along. ---

I’m just a little used to the PUA method, and feel weird actually talking about something useful because I’m afraid it might bore out the girl, which might be what I’m doing right now. But then I know PUA pickup methods or whatever isn’t going to work online. ---

If you wanna get someone for serious relation seriously forget PUA crap coz you want someone who likes you the way you are. PUA is mainly for short term interests like getting laid.
