What’s going on fellas? So I’m thinking of purchasing the “to go sprays” just to experiment. How long will that last? So me and my ex are trying to repair things, things are so complex, will not see each other til next month but which product will give me a slight boost? Just cuz we’re planning on “starting over” Plus, while i wait, i guess i’ll be seeing others, nothing serious, just dating, but which product will help me on that? Sorry fellas, don’t know anything about these products. Opinions would be real helpful. Thanks. ---

to goes are small cylinders…therefore it will last you MAYBE a little less than 2 weeks each. i have a to go size of Turn Up The Heat and instant shine…instant shine wasnt strong enough for one spray…so i used two and it went fast for me bc during day i did a sometimes here n there spray…so they dont last man… ALTHOUGH!!!..there a great decision for starters who are either skeptical or wanting to try it out b4 getting the real deals. dont use TUTH right up front…but tdo use either instant gentlemen, or something thatl sooth her when shes around you. the great advantage to the to goes is that there discreet…say u go somewhere and look at her reactions B4 you put it on…then go to bathroom or something and spray here n there of watever and go back n watch the expressions then. as in MY opinion…its a fact of life that THINGS TAKE TIME!!!..relationships arent going to go perfect if u spray something right up front…it takes time when u get to a good place _like all is better ur in a better situation with her_ u could get closer to that TUTH n thatl make EVERYTHING a piece of cake then. id say go weekly with watever you decide _and do read the REGULAR size bottle descriptions so you know wat your buying…the descriptions are not on the to go products on the site_ and the LAST thing you should try is TUTH i hope i helped a lil and if need ne other help or have ne questions send me a pm or im sure other people would love to give there insight and help =] take care and good luck! =] ---

I think new guys sometimes give the best advice… so I won’t add too much to what Sharky said (and a rep to you too). Instant Honesty, Instant Openness, Instant Shine, and Ammo might be best for your first order. It really depends on your age how much Ammo you could use. I’d start out using no more than 1 spray of Ammo. I think the temptation will be there to use more but I could see androstenone being very obstrusive or counter-productive in some situations. I think [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) or androsterone (10-12.5mcg spray, BTW, it’s -Androsterone, not -None) would also be good but it’s either not available “to Go”, you have to get the eXperimone, which you can get in a “To-Go” size. ( Hello Androtics, please rectify this. And give us a scentless option, too. The stuff works just fine with no neroli). Oh yeah, you should definitely try out all this stuff before you use them around your ex, just so you know what to do. Shopping is a good place to experiment and find out what stuff does. Otherwise it could be like tossing around hand grenades in a china shop- if that’s a good metaphor. ---

there wasny really big specifics on the problems in relationship so i just figured instant gentlemen would be a good start and instant shine with it and get to goes…itis not tbad to get to goes and if doesnt work for you theres no one holding back on getting money back… but from my experience with ammo its just the fact like daedelus said just start with one spray regardless it be the regulat bottle or to go…i found with spraying it on me for the first time the smell reeked badly…but once your body had gotten used to it coming in contact iwth you then u start to smell _and lol some reason on me it gets really mellowy warm_ the orange in it…its pretty good. but id think all the to goes would be suitable for you if u are starting over with your love…id say ammo…instant honesty…and instant gentleman or shine…and LAST lol i stress last very hard with Turn Up The Heat only bc its not a suitable thing to wear, as some pheropeepers have said along with me, to dates with peple around you or even in some cases around the house FOR THE FIRST COUPLE TIMES…just like i said stuff takes time…let her get used to your instants to goes n THEN move to TUTH and ull be a million bucks! ---

Sharky, daedelus, mockingbird…Thanks for all the help fellas. Much appreciated. I agree that I should first experiment before using it towards my ex. Thanks daedelus. Don’t want to make things complicated than it already is. Mockingbird…trust, communication, and comfort is what my ex and I probably gots to work on…any advice fellas? Also…since I don’t got much $$$. I’ll settle to get 1 real spray instead of the to go bottles. If I had to get one…for experimenting on other women and to use towards my ex, which ONE or TWO products would you guys prefer. Thanks for the help again. ---

regardless of what you decide to get, be aware that she may already be use to your NATURAL pheromone signature. She may find you “stinky” or “smelly” depending on what you wear and how well you cover it up. What I would suggest is start finding your sweet spot with one pheromone first, and then add others to the mix slowly. Friends and family may also notice the change in signature and may also comment on the smell. AMMO is made up of 3 [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), the main one I believe is -none. If she asks what the new smell is, just tell her its a new cologne. AMMO has a cologne fragrance to it compared to the other Instant line which generally are in neroli scent. ---

well cant really tell you wat to buy lol…but i got the regular understand…the to goes are awsome by all means but the spray power is less of the regular…in other words its not the same, iits the same thing yes lol…but not the same amount of mixtures and such, obviously bc its smaller. i mean for me i bought the regular and if it didnt work out for me i switch it out n get my money back…but its working wonders and im not bragging it or promoting im just saying my part of story and now you part is for you to decide wat you think is right…do u wanna try it out for a couple weeks or do you wanna have enough for at least 4 months or so _thats with spraying only 2 sprays though on the regular bottle regularly…such as 2 sprays morning and 2 sprays night or so…maybe more than 4 months maybe less idk im not the math boy right now_ id say regular…but i cant answer wat strength you want thats something for you to decide…just mean its got more [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) power. ---

I read somewhere the regular 30ml bottles have 200 sprays. That would mean the 5ml TOGO bottles would have more than 30 sprays. I find they go surprisingly fast. I’m the guy who read too much Freud and thinks that everything is sexual, but with your ex I’m not heraring, “My GF doesn’t like oral sex” or “She wants to save herself for marriage” or anything like that. So maybe it is not sexual. Maybe all this advice you’re getting about TUTH and Ammo isn’t really applicable to the situation with the ex. And keep in mind not everyone likes -none. I’m a blood type O and it is not good for me. You are saying “things are so complex”. I’m gonna get dinged for stating it so politically incorrectly, but you have to ask: Why is she making everything so complex? In my experience women do this for two reasons. One, she doesn’t respect you (enough). Two, she doesn’t trust you. The two are not completely separate things. Use some A314 for respect when you see her next month. Before then experiment with it and discover the right dose for you. Wear just a little (maybe 5mcg) TAF the first couple of times you see her. I think that could make a big difference and a TOGO bottle will give you more than enough. Don’t OD and space her out. The see-him-again-for-the-first-time effect of TAF will help her notice that you are really a different man (with A314). There are a couple of products that you’ll have to get elsewhere which might make you more appealing to her. Liquid Trust obviously has the right name for the task. I like it – not everyone does. Most people like Scent of Eros. Some will tell you that [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) with IO and/or IH will get you similar results. Personally, I would avoid the Instant Shine (some of us prefer TAA oil) initially. She’ll respect you and be attracted to you, but if she is too comfortable (from IS or TAA which reduces personal distance) she may remember the bad times and decide she just wants to be friends. I would want to increase the tension a little at first by withholding the IS until after she has shown respect and demonstrated romantic interest. Then let her into the comfort zone. Similar thing with IH. I would start off with more IO than IH and over time shift the balance. If you are really trying to start over, too much IH might lead to heavy converstations which will inevitable lead to rehashing old problems you are trying to put behind you. And I’d recommend a little IFM the first few times you are back together to take the edge off of any residual b\*tchiness the past complexities may have left behind. And, of course, going forward, no matter what pheromones you use, you are going ot have to behave in a way that is worthy of her trust and respect. Duh. That does not mean giving her everything she wants. Please remember to let us know what happens. ---

Sharkboy, I’m not trying to dis Ammo. It is obviously very popular and E-OB would be foolish not to give it a try. There are two points I am trying to make. **One** , not everybody likes it. That doesn’t mean a newbie like E-BO should not try it. It is one of the first products I bought. He’s got much more to gain than lose by trying it. BUT not everybody likes it. IF he does not like it, that does NOT mean he should give up on pheromones! There are other products that WILL work for him. I hope it works as well for E-BO as it does for you sharkboy, but it might not. There are other good choices and blood type seems to make a difference. **Two** , I am not convinced that Ammo or TUTH are the best pheros in the situation with his ex. Hopefully, before he sees her again he will experiment with several things and come to his own conclusions. I do think while he is meeting other women, Ammo and TUTH are worth a try. I’ve tried to suggest some other possibilities when he meets his ex again next month. I think A314 is likely to cause his ex to re-assess. You are right, sharkboy, A314 is powerful stuff, but gimme credit – I did tell him to _practice_ with it first to find the right dose. Thanks for your comments. ---

What up fellas? Warren, Sharky, thanks for the good advice you both gave. I recently bought to-go bottles (just to experiment) and got it today. It’s ammo and IS. I’m heading out to Vegas this weekend and I will give experiment w/ it there. Yah I’m gonna try as much pheros as I can (afford) and hopefully i’ll find something suitable when I see my ex. I mean I dont have to use it when I see her, that’s all good, I know things will work out (hopefully)…but then again i never know and since I found out about pheros, curiosity sets in. But most likely i’ll be using something…lol. I got a good month. You guys are the pros…any other advice or opinions…please let me know. So sharky, warren, since I got the small bottles, how many sprays u think i should put on? and which spot is the best…i’m assuming the neck.
